Description of Work: Derek was prompt, professional and, above all, honest. My appliance service repair person had said that the problem with my dryer most likely was a clogged vent. Derek told me that the vent was clear and that if the service man had checked he would have seen that. He proceeded to clean the little that was in the vent, make sure the outside vent functioned better and replaced the hose connection. I would highly recommend him.
