We just bought this house, so wanted to start with a fresh slate. Good job we did, as he showed us what he got out of the vent - looked like a mountain of lint... He cleaned up really good and was a very nice guy. Would definitely recommend him and we will be using him same time next year for sure....

The original service date was not convenient because we were having company from out of state at that time, but it was the soonest he could come out. He told me that he would call if he could come sooner and sure enough I got that call. They came before my company and did a great job. I would hire them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Derek was able to come the same day that I contacted him. He was prompt, professional and thorough. I would not hesitate to use him again.

They did fine. They seemed very thorough. He took down the birds nest in the vents. I don't know if he carries birds nest with him to pull out of everybody's vents but he pulled it out, the dryer is working better. We're happy. He showed up on time and did what he said he was going to do. The work seems to have been done properly.

It was an excellent service. What I like about their service is it is very prompt. He answers right away and sets appointment quite early. He comes right in and does his work very professionally. He doesn’t bother you and takes care of everything regarding it. He picks up and cleans up after work. He closes the doors in the room and turn off the lights and leaves. I’ve used him twice now and I’ll never use anyone else as long as he’s in business. I feel that the price is very reasonable for what he did.

The service worked out very well. He came out two or three days after I purchased the Big Deal. There was no additional cost on top of the $39 Big Deal. He was very good. He knew exactly what he needed to do. He went right to it and did it.

I think price was a bit higher than last big deal but still certainly worth the price I paid. Instead of having to buy a new dryer, getting the dryer vent cleaned was the way to go. Appointment was only a few days after buying deal and came when promised. Thanks again and would certainly recommend.

He did clean the vent but he then added a screen that clogged the vent again.

This is an awesome company. There was a special on Angies List and it had been 5 years since I had it done last. I won't let that happen again! They showed up and cleaned out the dryer vent going to the roof and the vent within the dryer. When he was done he left everything cleaner than before he got here. Now my dryer takes app. 45 minutes to dry a Large Load of towels where before it would take two hours. My lint filter used to only gather lint in a small place on the screen and now it collects lint evenly like when it was new. I will be using this company many more times in the future and have recommended them to our entire community.

It was not an easy job. I could not find the vent. He worked professionally and knowledgably to help solve a difficult problem. He completed job and offered advice and options for the future. I will use Dryer Vent Specialists again and refer to friends.

We had been having a problem drying clothes so I called our appliance repair specialist who after hearing the symptoms on the phone said we needed to have the vent cleaned and we didn't need repairs to the dryer at this time. I looked on Angie's List and found Derek who has deservedly excellent ratings and was having a Big Deal. I called on the Thursday before the holiday weekend, and after hearing that this was a drying problem rather than just routine maintenance scheduled us for first thing Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. He arrived at 8:20 am.Having just driven through a rain storm he went up the the roof first to examine the outside parts while they were dry and fixed a jammed flap. He then thoroughly cleaned all of the lint out of the dryer, the dryer hose, and then used special tools to clean the 14 ft vent to the roof a few feet at a time. All through the procedure he had a giant vacuum going at all times to pick up the lint and dust and keep it from into the air. At the end, since the rain had not arrived, he went to the roof again to check the airflow. All of this was done so efficiently that he was done in just under an hour. Derek is great, and I will definitely use him next time.

Perfect, from start to finish. Explained everything clearly and did his work smartly. Then explained more stuff, so we could do preventative maintenance.
