The A/C unit was blowing warm air then it began to blow cool again. Legacy came and checked it out and determined there was nothing wrong with the unit. They did not take advantage of me they are honest!!

Legacy Air Conditioning came highly recommended through Home Advisor. Withing 30 minutes of submitting my info, Service Manager Josh called me. Josh was friendly, courteous at all times and most competent affecting repairs. He was thorough and in no way ever tried to sell more than what the job required. The office staff also gets applause for their friendly attention and follow-up. I highly recommend Legacy Air Conditioning!!!

They were very good about contacting me and staying in touch. They completed the work on time.

They older Thermostat only had 5 wires and the new required 6 wires. So the Job turned out to be more expensive than I thought it would be. They ran new wiring and everything is up and running Great. Thanks to them.

It’s a good service, but expensive compared to the market price. It costed me $250 for an hour of service. Do your research before hiring.

Victor came out on time and worked nonstop to get my 27 year old air conditioner out and finished in one day. Rate was less than I expected but it would have been more from another company. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully not too soon

The part was replaced and they charged me with $185 for the same part that was available in Home Depot or other home improvement stores for $20. The charges were so misaligned with actual product prices in the market and they charged me with this high price.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Found the issue with the AC at home and fixed it with no “additional” problems with the AC unit.
