Had a system installed 2 years ago from this company. Now there are issues. Paid for a service call, technician indicated it might be the thermostat because there had been a recall on the brand. Did not replace the thermostat. One week later same issue. 42 phone calls, email form sent in and no response because i became angry when the girl on the phone told me that it would take 3 hours for my system to change from blowing hot air from the vent to cold air. I understand 3 hours to lower a temp in a house but not for the coolness of the air coming from the vent itself. They have ignored me for over 4 days, no return calls NOTHING. I now have a 300 electric bill for the month and have to hunt down someone to keep my warranty and PAY for another service call and a new thermostat. ABSOLUTELY UNEXCUSABLE AND HORRIBLE NOT TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. Heard from who I believe was the owner (Jonathon) and found my phone number was BLOCKED (okay do you really want your number blocked when trying to get A/C fixed from a company that supposes offers 24/7 service?). He informed me the dispatcher lied, saying I cursed her out and would not take a service call time and he would speak with me if I could remain calm (I do not curse at people when I'm mad, my voice just gets high), so the condescending remark in his text was not appreciated. SHE NEVER OFFERED A TIME. The response from the owner was a week later AFTER I posted to Facebook. Jonathon was supposed to CALL me after he got off a job. Today is Wednesday 7/7 and that was last Friday 7/2. If fixing my A/C and my comfort was any priority to them there has been more than 2 days he could have returned the call. RUN FAR AWAY, they only care about taking your money!

Legacy reach out to us when we posted an estimate request on Home Advisor. they came out the same day ( on time )and gave us a quote. The next day we called them back. They had the best price out of 5 companies we have contacted. They had the units in stock and told us they could come the next day to install them. David came by the next day, He was very experienced and handled the job flawlessly.We are Very Happy we hired Legacy to do this job. Thank you David for a job well done! From planning to completion, top-notch customer service and installation!

They came out and did the service same day on a Saturday. Got the unit up and running and gave me advice on what to watch and take care of in the future to get the most life out of my heat pump.

On time, professional, quick, had all required knowledge. Definitely recommend them.

The bid/total cost was the best. The polite one man installation was efficient, but somewhat lacking. The air conditioner slab was up to code but placed on top of much smaller slab and requires additional cement plus a finisher.

Corey, our technician, was very polite, fast , efficient and informative. He offered suggestions to help prevent or prolong when this may happen again. I put their number in my cell so I know who to call next time I need AC work or to be able to share.

called immediately scheduled for same day service. My regular contractor was able to swing by and handle the problem, so I called Legacy back to cancel but I would call them again in a minute. Great customer service. Called recently for a repair on a rental property. Somewhere along the way wires kept getting crossed it took 3 visits to get everything back in order. Saturday, 7/20, had an emergency at house we are renovating for ourselves and called Jonathan. Came out within just a few hours and was able to get us up and running in a matter of a few minutes. Thats definitely Customer Service at its best.

Everyone we worked with was professional and friendly. Had to have a follow-up visit after the installation which was done without charge and timely. Definitely recommend this company!

Corey quickly found the problem and fixed it. Then he took the time to explain how I could easily prevent a recurrence. Great service and the bill didn't floor me.

This service request was for my mother in law. They were very prompt and courteous. The office called to confirm the appointmentthen after they arrived, the tech called to explain the work he did. I was impressed with them because the dishonest ones would find some made up issue to charge me. The tech explained that he checked the unit thoroughly and everything was working. I will use them again.

Josh arrived early,was friendly, efficient and quickly installed a float switch on my AC unit. No more flooding worries!

Josh changed the capacitor and got the system running again. He also explained to me that the fan motor was bound to fail, and in he's words (iffy). Well that night the fan motor did fail and it was another hot night. I called the next morning and was told that Josh would be there around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. He was there around 12:30 and replaced the fan motor and I was sleeping in comfort again. Great job. Would recommend highly.

They were right there. They were not pushy and did a very good job.

The staff we dealt with were very personable and efficient, and accommodating with appointment scheduling and payment for their services. I would highly recommend Legacy, and will use them for future services.

Josh was earky and knew what the problem was and repaired the a/c quickly. He had to return the next day because he didn't have enough Freon. Really likedhim immediately.

Certainly no complaints about this co.. Tech got here from another county/job @ 8pm & left @ 9.45pm with my AC working. Came back na second time 2 make a minor adjustment because he did not have the material needed that night. I was grateful not having 2 spend the night with no AC. Had 2 other companies check mob AC & they were CONSIDERABLY higher. So there pricing was not as painful as the others.

Not good about arriving in the time frame they set and they do not call to let you know when they are going to be late.
