Mr. Ramsey and his assistant are without question provide the most *thorough* home inspection I have witnessed in 40+ years of buying and selling homes. They are extraordinarily meticulous and literally leave "no stone unturned" during the course of their inspection. Taking almost 3 hours to complete, they checked every possible area of the home that might possibly be a problem. From electrical outlets, overhead lighting fixtures, plumbing, roof, windows, etc., they cover all the bases. Then, they provide a well prepared and documented listing of their findings and go through what they found on their inspection by showing the client photos of areas of concern they've stored on a laptop computer. No question is left unanswered. Professional to the core, they are the best!

The team of two gentlemen worked quietly and efficiently. They were very polite to the current owners and to us. Very thorough in checking for flaws and pointing out which needed correction and which were minor. Explained everything they would do in detail before starting. Did a walk-through, explaining everything they they had found before they left. Written inspection was emailed the following day.

Watt was very personable over the phone explaining the process of the inspection and the required paperwork he has available for my builder. He and Albert were punctual (actually early) for our appointment and gave us an overview of the inspection. We talked about a few of the concerns we had observed and he assured us they would check them closely during the inspection. He and Albert spent the next three to four hours going over every inch of the house checking for code, structural, and cosmetic problems. They completed the report on-site which they discussed with us in detail (including pictures) and gave repair recommendations. Albert returned a week later to review our contractor's repairs. This was only my second experience using a Home Inspector and was by far the best. Watt and Albert both have a large amount of experience in the construction industry which they put into their inspection. My wife and I do not have their background, but they took the time to listen to us and explain in simple terms the work needed. Their personal attention to the needs of the customer is an example of what every service provider should do. We feel like we didn't just hire these men, but made two new friends. Thank you!

6 WooI was able to schedule the home inspection 1 day after calling to schedule. Watt and Albert arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They did a thorough inspection and then sat down to explain all of their findings and reports. They explained anything we didn't understand and answered all of our questions. The report is very thorough and included pictures. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received.

Two inspectors, went thru entire home, inside and out , found and took pictures of everything that was a concern. They then went over a very thorough report, listing the problems with pictures and explanation. They then emailed the report to me, All done on computer tablet. They were on time, and very professional, gave great advice and solutions for problems as well. Found 1 major concern, the roof which needed replacing. Came back after new roof was installed, and inspected for wind mitigation inspection. Would definitely recommend !! Thanks !!

Watt Ramsey and his assistant were very professional. They did a thorough inspection of the home and provided an easy to read report for me. We did have an issue with our insurance company about the wind mitigation report. They asked for a ton of additional information and Mr. Ramsey was very prompt and courteous in his response to the additional requests. He even met me again at the house, free of charge, to do additional photos and took care of checking permits on the roof. I could not be better pleased. The entire inspection took about 4 hours for a small house, so be prepared to wait for a time. But you will not feel that level of confidence in your purchase after Mr. Ramsey has completed his inspection. He will go over every little glitch and nick with you and provide photos after the inspection is complete, so be sure to make time in your schedule for the consultation. The consultation was an invaluable tool for us as we are first time home owners and had no idea how to fix small issues or if they needed to be fixed at all.

Watt and Albert came out to a home that I am purchasing and did a thorough inspection, taking pictures of everything they found to be an issue with the house, from missing roof tiles to a cracked tile in the bathroom. Afterwards, they sat down and explained to me everything they found and it's importance from immediate to minor. I received an emailed copy of the report as soon as we finished discussing it. I would highly recommend this company and hire them again if need be.

It worked really good. They were great all around. The coupon actually made them very competitive. He showed up on time. He was phenomenal all around. It was a very positive interaction with the provider. We paid more than the big deal purchase for the home inspection. The $75 was toward the $100 credit. He just deducted $100 off of that.

I'm considering selling my home within the next few years and wanted a home inspection (after living here over 10 years) to make sure there would be no surprises when it came time to sell. If anything came up, I would have the time to get it corrected. Mr. Ramsey & his partner showed up promptly, advised where he would be checking, asked if there were areas of concern. He welcomed me to follow him around if I wanted, but advised there would be a full report when he was done and would come get me if there was something I needed to see. We crossed paths here and there and I felt he was doing his job. When they were done, we all sat down at the kitchen table and he went over everything he looked at, shared pictures and answered my questions. Based on results and recommendations, we agreed on an area or two of concern to be dealt with. When I asked for particular information to ask the electrician I would need to hire, Mr. Ramsey offered to talk to them if I needed him to. I can't tell you what that meant to me that he was willing to do that. I was very pleased with everything about Mr. Ramsey and the information he provided.

These guys are not your average handymen with a tool box, they bring high-tech equipment and are well dressed in uniform and I.d. Badges and showed me every detail (good and bad) about the home. They spent over six (6) hours performing the inspection and handed me a full report on the spot. 100% professionas!!!!! They are now my inspector of choice, I consider myself to be a very demanding customer and these fellows exceeded every expectation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Outstanding service. We purchased a "for sale by owner" home in Deland, FL last year (2013) and Watt did the inspection for us. He is prompt, thorough, and even answers his phone! (believe it or not, that is important to me) We had a small glitch with the home about 5 months later and he came right over and corrected the issue immediately. Do not hesitate to use this company. They are truly top-notch.

We used the big deal on Angie's List and were able to get the complete inspection AND the wind mitigation inspection for $400 which saved us over $100 to begin with. The inspector met my husband and realtor out on the property and arrived on time. He had indicated before the inspection that it would take approximately 5 hours to complete the walk through but it actually took longer. This was a good thing however becuase he was very thorough in everything and afterwards spent a good deal of time talking about his findings with my husband and pointing out areas of concern that he found during the process. He was even nice enough to kind of put it into a priority of these things should be addressed ASAP but then these things can probably wait a while or aren't as much of a big deal. So many good reasons I will recommend this company to anyone I know who needs inspection services. A++ all the way!!!

The inspector and his helper arrived early spoke with me about what they intended to do and how it was all going to be done . The inspection took 3 hours, after the inspection, I was presented with all the documents and recommended repairs in a professional format. I highly recommend this company for your home inspection. Owner and one other inspector did a complete home inspection of home I was planning on buying. It was older home and a short sale. They spent over 2 hours on the inspection and thoroughly examined everything. they even took the time to cut a hole in the ceiling of the garage in order to be able to see in the space between the roof and ceiling, which was at a low pitch point, or whatever you call it when the pitch of the roof is not large enough to crawl in and look at. There was some water damage on the ceiling and the roof was a tile roof. The inspection showed no water damage or rot to the roof timbers. The service was nice, professional, prompt. I can not say enough good things. This was a short sale, so I wanted to be sure I would not have to spend more than I paid in order to do repairs and make it livable. I would highly recommend them. Even the pest control company who was doing my inspection could not believe how much time they spent and how professional they were.

This is for a second home and I was out of state. Watt showed up on time (I know this due to a phone call telling me he was there). He completed a very thorough inspection with several pictures and comments. After the inspection was completed he called to go over his findings. Unfortunately I was not available at that time and was so very impressed that Watt took the time late in the evening to go over his findings via computer and phone call with me and my husband. I feel that he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I really don't know what we would have done without the knowledge and Mr Ramsey's willingness to help us. We bid on a house and he came to do the inspection. since we live in Illinois, the appointment was set up with our real estate agent to meet at the house. This was all arranged via email. The inspection went smoothly and he called us to discuss what he had found. We ended up offering a little less due to the amount of work that needed to be done to the house. He explained everything to us so that we had no surprises when we moved in. He even talked to me a few months after he did the inspection and patiently answered out questions The inspection report was very thorough and detailed.

Like everyone else, our homeowner's insurance premium was continuing to skyrocket. We had made some improvements to our home including a new roof and a new garage door and hoped this would help us qualify for some type of discount. The inspector was very thorough, knowledgeable and he photographed the various improvements and submitted the wind mitigation form directly to our insurance agent. We were able to qualify for a $600 discount in our annual premium. Very well spent $75. Based on his work for us, I would definitely recommend him for any type of home inspection.

We were extremely pleased with their service. They were very professional and we had no problems with them. We have used them twice now. He found out some problems in the first home that he inspected for us and it kept us from doing a terrible mistake in buying that house. He is extremely good at pointing out things that you could do over and above the inspection. He gives you tips on things that you could do to improve the value of your home in the future. Mr Ramsey arrived early. He explained his procedure for home inspection and then commenced an orderly and thorough inspection of the property. From the outside of home-also viewing and commenting on landscaping and grading, the roof, electrical, attic, interior, testing plumbing, appliances, lighting, windows, doors etc. He spent a little over 3 hours on a 2100 square foot home. There were also questions he had for the home owner and suggestions for me as to improve the property. The following day he emailed the report as promised complete with photos and explanations. He is also experienced using thermal imaging and provided a wind mitigation report for insurance purposes!! I highly recommend this company for your home inspection
