Watt was really easy to work with. Fair price and thorough inspection.

3 guys came including 1 for a WDO (wood destroying organisms) inspection. Spent several hours and took dozens of pictures. Found multiple small and several large issues which current owner is addressing. Provided extremely detailed 40+ page report. Tested every outlet, crawled through attic and crawlspaces, inspected roof with binoculars, turned on every appliance, etc.. Also provided 4 point report and wind mitigation report for insurance purposes.

Very thorough inspection and detailed review of the report. Since we were out-of-town, Watt patiently went over the report with us on the phone and the computer. He explained all the issues that were found. Also provided reports for the insurance. Wonderful service and very professional. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

We had Walt and Albert inspect a house we are buying. We scheduled the inspection within days of our call, and they arrived promptly the day of the inspection. Thee worked thoroughly inside and outside the house and took their time. They sat down with us to discuss their findings. They emailed the reports onsite. We were very happy to have had Walt and Albert to inspect the house. We would definitely use them in the future, and refer them to others. Definitely a five star company.

Watt and his partner were wonderful. They took the time to answer our questions and to do a very through inspection of the entire home and out-buildings. The report they provided was very detailed, well put together, and included photos of the problems found. And it was provided the same day. The also offer wind mitigation inspection and report for a very reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend.

I absolutely love IHI! This is the second time using this company. Watt did our home inspection when we bought the home. His inspection was through and the report was detailed, organized, and easy to understand. And we had it in our email by the end of the day. The home needed a small roof repair before the lender would approve us. After the repair, he came back out at no additional charge and did an updated inspection. This is the second, separate, experience with Watt. We have now had a full roof replacement done. As part of that, a new Wind Mit report was included. To my happy surprise, after the work was done, inspection done, and paid, I got a call from IHI (Watt himself) to schedule our appointment. I was bad and fell asleep and didn't hear the bell or the phone when Watt came for our set appointment. Not only was he wonderful about resetting, he wouldn't allow me to compensate him for lost time and money my mistake had caused him. We reset and he came today. And he was a pleasure to work with again. I highly recommend IHI. Worth every penny. Watt knows what he's doing and answered all the questions we had all three times. And another plus... When he was here the morning of our original inspection we realized we forgotten to line up a termite check. When we said it out loud, he offered to help. Grabbed his cellphone... and had a termite inspector here within 30 minutes.

Great found several areas to fix prior to clos

Excellent...both guys showed up on time and spent 4.5 hours going over the home in detail. They were very knowledgable, and educated me on what the issues were by the builder. They helped me decide which issues were critical for me to try and get resolved, and which issues were more "cosmetic". They took %10 off the fee since I was an Angie's List member, I felt the 28 page report was very comprehensive.

Watt was very patient and nice in explaining things and very attentive to details during the inspection. We learnt a lot about the things to be repaired in our new home. His quote was also reasonable and competitive. Watt, thank you for your service!

Watt and Albert were both on site for this pre-purchase inspection. They were incredibly thorough and their written reports were comprehensive. They found correctable defects that I probably would have missed and gave me a detailed insight into every facet of the home that it may have taken me years to discover, if ever. A follow up inspection for defect correction was done at no additional charge. In addition to purchasing an inspection and thorough report the most invaluable thing I received was piece of mind!

I contacted Integrity Home Inspection (Watt) approx one week prior to the date I needed the inspection. Watt was professional and explained everything in detail that he would do and check during the inspection. He arrived early and asked if there was any concerns I had that should be checked more closely. He was extremely thorough and spent over 5 hours checking the house and documenting his findings. I received his report the same day and called the next day with some questions. Watt spent as much time as I needed and answered all my questions. He is a true professional and is very knowledgeable in his field of work. I would highly recommend IHI for any home inspection.

I chose this company because of the wonderful reviews here on Angie's List, and all those people were correct. Albert was prompt, professional, and very nice. He looked at everything from the sidewalk to the roof, took pictures of everything, and when he was finished, he sat with my realtor and me to explain everything. Fortunately, the house I plan to purchase was in near perfect shape, with the one flaw being a broken GFCI outlet. He answered all my questions and made a couple of recommendations about things that were up to code but might make me safer, such as adding hand rails to the back porch steps. That evening when I checked my email, I had copies of the home inspection report, the wind mitigation report, and the 4 point inspection report, including all the pictures. IHI is a company I would happily recommend.

We were on a strict budget and relocating to a retirement community and downsizing. We were not looking for- and we could not really afford anything pricey or elaborate-, just something with sound infrastructure in move in condition. Cosmetics such as flooring were secondary to roof, HVAC, and foundation. Let me state that I am by no means a handyman or have a real sense for the way things should look when you take off the cover. That is why I rely on experts with top tier ratings like Watt and Albert. Back in September, Watt and Albert inspected a manufactured home and pointed out certain issues that allowed us to negotiate a 10% reduction in the price of the property. Clearly, this was $300 that was very well spent. This sale was cancelled at the last minute because the buyer of our home had financing issues. Fast forward to February and we find another property in the same price range. Aesthetically and room size, it was very nice. The owners had replaced the kitchen and baths. We immediately made a full price offer and scheduled the inspection. The inspection went badly. The roof and HVAC were at the end of their useful life, there was evidence of subterranean termites, and a couple of other issues. The buyer offered a 20% price reduction, but we walked away and viewed another property. Watt did not charge us for his time. The third time was a charm. Watt and Albert did their normal thorough and professional inspection and gave us comfort that this property had sound infrastructure and was indeed in move in condition. BEWARE if you are buying manufactured housing! Don?t go on the cheap and get only a four point inspection. Call Watt and Albert before you finalize the deal.

It went seamlessly! Watt and Albert were very detailed and answered all our question. They even answered questions that were not directly related to the inspection. The pictures sent via e-mail were very clear and the reports were very user-friendly. The Wind Mitigation Inspection had to wait until a portion of the roof was replaced. When we called them 4 months later they immediately took care of that for us. They are amazing! We would definitely use them again. These folks are top notch and we rate them A+!

I highly recommend Integrity Home Inspection Services. They are everything you would hope for in a home inspection company. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and will go the extra mile to help determine the source of any problems. They provided a thorough briefing and debriefing of their work. Along with suggestions and solutions to any findings. They came very prepared with state of the art equipment to help investigate some of my concerns. They are very patient and good listeners, for they took all of my questions and concerns seriously. In my opinion it will be difficult to find a better home inspection company.

purchasing and Excellent service and services by this provider! We needed a townhouse inspection with little notice so found Integrity on Angie's List. Called Integrity on a Thursday about 5 PM to see if they could possible do an inspection for a property we were purchasing and do it pretty last minute for an inspection Saturday. Called and spoke to the owner Watt who was very friendly and understanding and I explained the circumstances and he looked at his schedule and said he could do the inspection at 9 AM that Saturday. We were purchasing this townhome for investment and we were out of state and were having a relative meet Watt at the inspection site and Watt was on time. Our relative who was my brother in law said Watt was very good and thorough and explained and showed him issues that he found. Watt sent us an inspection shortly after he looked at the property and spent approx. 2 1/2 to 3 hrs there. The inspection report was excellent and Watt definitely worked in our interest (the buyers). Excellent inspection and found some issues and one that was somewhat serious so we knew what we were dealing with at the property. I would use and highly recommend Integrity to anyone (family, friends or whoever) I know as Watt was very professional and worked in our interest. His company's name is very fitting as he has the integrity that you would want in any business you deal with!

We are on a tight budget but did not want to skimp on inspecting the property. Watt and Albert's reviews on Angie's List gave us the confidence that we were getting the most bang for the buck. They were very prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. They explained to us what they found, the concerns they had and what we could expect. They detailed the issues surrounding the polybutylene piping in the property, the roof and some sill damage. With the information in the report, we were able to get an idea of the insurance costs and deductibles, and the repair and/ or replacement costs.. Being informed allowed us to logically determine if we wanted to withdraw or amend the offer. Thank you Watt and Albert'

This is the second inspection this provider has done for us. The first helped us decide this was not the home for us. Watt and Albert conducted a very comprehensive inspection of the property. There was not a area inside or outside of the house that they missed. Both Watt and Albert were at the property over two hours and then held an exit summary with us covering the highlights of the report. They completed a lengthy written report , which was emailed to us immediately. They gave suggestions on how some minor issues could be resolved and discussed the issues with polybutelene plumbing. The price was fair and included a discount because of our Angie's List membership. I would highly recommend this provider.

Watt Ramsey is an honest to goodness good guy. He went to our rental property, inspected the roof, found the problem, and emailed me pictures. He also did not want payment; just did it for free. Unheard of in today's world. I would totally recommend him for any of your inspection needs. Very prompt, thorough, and honest. Thank you, Watt!!!

Great very detailed

Albert and Watt are two stand-up gentlemen whom we would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home. Albert met us at the house prior to our appointment time (even earlier than we did) and had already begun to work. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Watt joined him a few hours later, and both thoroughly went through the home we are looking to purchase. They addressed any and all concerns that we had as this home was a foreclosure. After the hour of discussing the results of the report with us, we felt so extremely confident in our decision to proceed with buying this home. They made it very clear to us that they would be there for us should we have any further concerns or questions. Nearly a week later, I needed something from them. By the next morning, I received what I was in need of. All I can say is "wow". I truly hope that when I need to hire others down the road, they will be as awesome as these guys! Thanks again! Was on site at 8:35 for a 9:00 AM appointment. Did a complete inspection with pictures of any problems. Used email to send all notes and pictures. Made recommendations on the house as far as what I should asked to be repaired. Sent wind mitigation report to realtor within twelve hours. Would definitely recommend and use again
