Description of Work: informal home inspection after offer had been accepted. assisted in estimating repairs / renovations which resulted in acceptance of a lower offer.

Description of Work: IHI inspected a home that my wife and I were interested in buying and the inspection would be a big factor in our decision. Albert came and did the inspection he was very honest knowledgeable and friendly. A very detailed and thorough inspection was provide to me with pictures along with a 4 point inspection for insurance purposes. Highly recommend IHI!

Description of Work: Where do I start. Wind Mitagation, pool , Four Points, and a very thorough House Inspection. Detailed report and we did a consult over the phone with a computer that Watt was controlling answering Every Question no matter how silly it may have sounded. Watt was VERY patient with us. Would recommend I.H.I. Anytime

Description of Work: Home inspection, wind mutation and termite. Everything went well Tom explained things about the wiring. He also made recommendations on things that were minor but could become major later on. Tons of pictures to go along with findings or comments. Great job!!!!

Description of Work: These guys did an excellent, very thorough job at inspecting a home I'm purchasing. They were very professional and worked around my availability. They were very knowledgable about the items that needed mitigation and reassured us that everything could be fixed. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing an inspection.

Description of Work: Within the space of 2 weeks the provider inspected two houses that we were fully prepared to buy pending a satisfactory inspection. These people are good. Their deep penetrating inspection of the first house in Lake Mary found things that would have cost us at least $100k to fix. Based on the inspection we declined to buy the house. We convinced the provider to leave his natural territory and to come south to inspect a second house in Port Saint Lucie. A number of minor defects were found in the second house but none were deal killers so we bought the second house based on the inspection.

Description of Work: Needed a home inspection before purchasing a house and called Integrity. They were there when they were scheduled to be there, they were extremely efficient.

Description of Work: Fabulous job. He spent 2hrs and 45 minutes and checked everthing. We were more than pleased with how through he was and what an outstanding job he did. I would strongly recommend him.
