We have bought 2 homes (ours and son's) and sold son's old house this year 2018. Both purchases were executed perfectly with our realtor Mitch staying on top of all details in a timely manner. In selling our son's house, we got more than I thought we would and had contracts within just a few days. Our previous realtor was not nearly as diligent. Communications were constant.

We were a bit nervous about selling our home of 30 years. Halley Matuszczak, from Aparo-Griffin Properties, eased our concerns by walking us through the process. After a series of questions and a professional photographers photos, Halley had such a listing that we got our first offer within 24 hours of the listing being posted from a person who had not even seen our home; They had only seen the listing and the photos. That person would not be in town for a week to see the house. But that was not soon enough because we had an accepted offer in only 4 days of listing the property. Now that's service!

Kathy Aparo Griffin helped me with the purchase and after the purchase helped me find people to paint and remodel parts of the house. She has always been helpful over the years. She still invites me to her Christmas party and I go if I am in town. She is the busiest realtor I have ever seen. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. She is also very personable and always gets back to me. I have discussed selling a house in 2016 and am going to get with the Aparo Griffin realtors to look at thehouse to see what I can do to make it ready for the sale. Over the years, Kathy has kept me apprised of the value my property. I cannot imagine having a better realtor.

We were looking to purchase a residential rental property. Bee Powell, an agent with Aparo Griffin Properties, met us for lunch, found out our objectives. She is very personable, hard working, thorough. She found us a multi-unit residential property, in the location and price range we wanted. She identified this property early in the marketing cycle and helped us get an appropriate offer in. When the offer was accepted, she led us through the process of a contract, inspections, and on to closing. We have worked with Bee before and will definitely be asking her to help us identify and secure additional property.
