There were some unexpected hurdles that had to be overcome but they were handled professionally and in short order. The buyers had waffles in the final stages of negotiations either due to financial constraints or attempts to acquire the property at rock bottom prices but we worked out a reasonable compromise that satisfied both sides and the closing went on thru!
