Sales and installers were all professional and courteous. All in house personnel including the project manager and installation administrators were unreachable. Project manager was supposed to come on site and explain the procedure and installation. He never showed up and did not return phone calls. In all, at least a dozen messages and emails were ignored and unanswered. Also difficult to reach anyone by phone. Often had to rely on my saleman to contact people for me. Lastly, the electrical installation failed The City's inspection. It's been over 2 weeks and no contact from Reliable. I left 1 phone message and 1 email since then also ignored. I felt like I was the one pushing the installation forward. And my job is to get the failed inspection rectified. Terrible service for $17.000.

It was a great experience, I worked with Winston who explained everything in simple terms and was an absolute professional and made for the perfect experience at the end showing my working generator in action.

This company is fantastic. A year after purchasing my Generac Generator I needed a company to come out and perform routine maintenance and give me a maintenance agreement as the initial installer was giving me the run around. Reliable Power contacted me back quickly, had no issue offering a maintenance agreement at a competitive price, the technician arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to my satisfaction, and completed the maintenance in a timely fashion.

Easy to schedule with the main office. Received text messages and a phone call from the tech prior to service. Prompt and professional.

Rob Smythe salesperson visited my home for a whole house standby generator quote. Provided a verbal quote. He said he would send the quote and contract by email and never did. I followed up by text twice and the first time he said he would sent it. Never did and I have checked my spam folder. He lost a 20k sale due to no quote and RES was my first choice prior to this poor service. Order placed elsewhere. Don’t use Rob Smythe for your quote. You’ll be wasting your time if you do!

Reliable Power Systems’ price was better than offered by their competitors and the company is better equipped to provide emergency response in the event of a problem with my system than their competitors. Their installation technicians were all knowledgeable and friendly.

I went as expected, different Company Entities scheduled visits, completed them and installed a replacement generator. Good Job all around

Living in South Florida during Covid during Hurricane Season seemed more stressful than we could handle. Deciding to install a whole home generator was my families solution to minimizing "hurricane stress" during this unprecedented pandemic. Reliable Power not only made this process easy and affordable, they also kept us informed of the install every step of the way while adhering to all Covid safety protocols. We had our generator installed right before the start of the busy hurricane season and we are so glad we did! My advice is to schedule appointments ASAP as it seems all of the companies are busy as have to deal with Covid related permitting hurdles. The friendly staff at Reliable will take care of the rest! Peace of mind is invaluable in a year like 2020! Thank you Reliable Power for giving us this peace of mind now and for years of Hurricane Seasons to come.

This is my second generator that I’ve had done in Florida and this was a seamless process that was enjoyable which is not so common nowadays. Professional from the beginning and a better price then my previous generator company.

I can’t say whether it was right price or expensive but I can tell you that you pay for what you get and that is how the works goes round. They showed up multiple times over 2 weeks and followed up after each appointment. I would definitely hire again and pay the price!!

Josh the technician was phenomenal. He kept me informed about his arrival time. When he got here he explained what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. He respected social distancing due to the COVID-19 situation, he arrived with gloves and mask on. Josh was professional yet very kind and sincere. I am not surprised with Josh’s performance. I have had nothing but great service from Reliable Electrical Systems.

Since my first call to installation day was a great experience. You can tell they are profesionals and team work is excellent. Just try to make your desicion of this installation far in advance ignore installation day because the installation process may take up to three months. The only thing I wish they could finish better was the concrete base installation of the generator. Mine was installed in a non flat surface and there was a part of concrete that I now have to fill in with bricks or something so it doesn’t Break. Other than that they provided a great costumer service even after the installation. they had to come back to replace a regulator and it was done pretty fast. Thank you all for the great job. I’m confident that if there is going to be any power outage, our home is going to keep having electricity with no interruptions.

Nathaniel is a knowledgeable and pleasant tech. He knows what he's doing and has a friendly, outgoing personality. He's a credit to a terrific company I highly recommend.

After making an appointment, I never received a follow-up or phone call. I hired someone else instead.

The technician came on time. He solved the problem and provided me an estimate for future works. Prices seem to be very high I don't understand very well the contract. Also, he took photos of my outlets without asking me for permission or telling me the reason.

Very unreliable. Made on 11/21 for 11/22. They called on 11/22 and informed me they could not make it so would I mine if they rescheduled for 11/27 in the morning. I agreed so long as I was the first appointment. On Tuesday, I did not receive a confirmation call. I called on Wednesday at 10 am to find out when the electrician was coming. Once they talked to dispatch, they confirmed that they could not make it and wanted to reschedule for Tuesday December 3rd. I declined. Twice I stayed home for them. From my experience, meeting commitments is not a top priority for this company.
