Very good service
Description of Work: I am always satisfied with the service I receive from Reliable. Their technician serviced the unit and put my mind at ease. Also, when Ms. Gonzalez passed after years of having the generator, they sent a sympathy basket to the house. I thank them for their compassion. Not all companies pay attention to the feelings of their customers. This one really cares.

Description of Work: Installed a whole house generator and propane tank on my property. Owner came out first to look at the site, go through details. Staff was very punctual. Had some problems with permitting due to the city. It was handled well by the company. I continue to use them for routine maintenance of the generator.

Description of Work: I attempted to make an appointment to get an estimate on having a whole house Generac generator installed. I was told that they were so busy that no one was available for at least a month and that they would put me on a waiting list. Am I supposed to sit on my hands for the next 30 days hoping that they might call me and then find they are still too busy??? I don't think they're the only fish in the sea.
