Awesome job. ? Handled the entire process from permit to landscaping (as required by local code). ?Performed exactly as expected and beyond. ?Would not hesitate to call them again. ?In fact, will sign a maintenance contract with Reliable! ?Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

All of the personnel from Reliable that have been to our home have been very knowledgeable, very courteous, and extremely helpful. Leo arrived on time and completely checked out our system. Leo went the extra mile by even checking the amount of propane that remained in our tank and suggested that since it was still hurricane season that we have the tank topped off. This is an example of the personnel that are employed by Reliable. He did not have to check out the level of our propane on hand but he did. You will be very pleased with this company. From the owner, who came out initially and brought a generator with him to demonstrate (it was on a trailer and he walked me through total operation) to every employee that comes to your home, you will feel like part of the Reliable family.

I’ve used them couple of times and they were very helpful. They were prompt and they did what they were supposed to. They gave me the price before they did the work and I have had no problems with them.

I called for an appointment to have my generator looked at because it was not working. To my surprise, the company had a technician, Leo, come to my house the next day. When Leo was here, he explained why my generator was not working and what needed to be fixed. He told me the price before he did any work...so there was no surprises ( love it !!! ) He need to order parts to get the job finished. His supervisor, Travis, called me after Leo left to make sure I had a good customer experience. Travis also went over the prices for the parts, and let me know approximately when the parts would be in. The parts came in and Leo and another technician, Steve, came and installed the parts. Leo and Steve were both very nice and professional. The price was high but this was because I have a larger generator and I signed the maintenance agreement of $550.00, and I needed a new battery. I feel the price was fair and the customer service was awesome !!! Travis and his technicians constantly kept communication with me though out the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone because I had such a great experience.

They were punctual and provided the services that were included in the Big Deal. I would use them again.

The service technician, Steve was great. He was very professional, knowledgable and patient in answering all my questions about the system. The service package is a two visit package one visit is a major maintenance , which is what they did, with the second coming later in the year that is more of a check up/top off fluids type of service. At the service visit Steve discovered that the generator was shutting down after running for only a few minutes, diagnosed the source of the problem & called the office to get part ordered. If you have signed up for the maintenance package you get a discount on parts which is nice. The same technician came back about a week later after the part was in & replaced it & tested the system.

The dimmer switch didn't work after the initial visit, but they responded quickly to this issue and corrected it satisfactorily. Aside from this, scheduling was easy, they showed on time, and we're happy with the work. Ultimately, we would use them again.

Initial inquiry was promptly answered by owner who came over on time as promised to survey our needs/requirements and then presented his detailed proposal. We were very impressed by his professionalism and the recommendations provided. We immediately chose to go ahead with the work which took longer than we anticipated -- although we had been warned -- due to permitting delays, frequent town inspections in between each step as the job progressed. One bit of advice -- plan to have this type of job done WAY BEFORE hurricane season so you won't be caught up with delays! All told our project took a full two months from start to finish although the crews were probably here no more than six or seven days all told. In the end we are extremely happy with the way the whole project was handled and seriously hope we NEVER need to use the generator, but living in SoFLA do realize it's simply a matter of time! If you're looking for a firm to provide you with alternate power source -- RELIABLE is just as their name says!

All work was performed in a timely manor and as agreed upon. This was the first time I have used this company. I would certainly use them again for other electrical needs. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with there services.

I have been a customer of Reliable Power Systems for the past few years. They installed my generator about 3 years ago and have continued to maintain it regularly. I love dealing with everyone in this company! The office staff is courteous and very accommodating. The technicians are not only professional but extremely knowledgeable. I have referred Reliable to many friends and know that they love using them as well! Great company to rely on!

It went very well. The technician was very nice and efficient. They came on time and I was pleased.

They were great. The electrician who came out was knowledgeable, efficient and fixed/corrected some little things as he was going along. Everything he did was great. He was here for about a couple of hours. He made sure to check every outlet, switch in my house; he also checked the breaker box too. He made sure all the connections were good. I felt very confident after he left. I also asked him questions and he knew the answers right away and was able to explain them to me too. He also gave me some quotes for some jobs that I would like to have done in the future.

The services from Sun Electric Service and Repair turned out to be very well. They were excellent. They did a general house correction which I really wanted. I also had some small electrical work that they did, like changing the light sockets and that sort of thing. They did a lot of tune ups around the house which I needed. They checked my circuit board and everything was fine. They were there promptly at 9 o'clock that day which was excellent. The service gentleman was excellent, very nice and courteous and he was tough. My interaction with the provider was very well. I actually set it up through them and it was very good. I did spend more than the 59 dollars for the big deal. I thought I would spend more because I had a lot of stuff for them to do. The same day they were there. It was all minor work and I said can you do it now and he said yes. It was all very good. The same evening and he didn't have any problems. I will use this provider again in the future.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out perfect. I would definitely recommend them to other members. They were punctual, helpful and knowledgeable.

They did an excellent job. Unfortunately he couldn't make it the first time we scheduled an appointment, because an emergency came up, but he came back, and was very friendly, and very helpful. I would give him 5 stars. The price was fair.

After getting several quotes from other generator companies, Robert, the owner of Reliable Power Systems came to our home. He was attentive and informative. He showed us several papers and brochures, describing the different generator and the benefits each. Then Robert took me to his trailer parked in front of our home. He opened the trailer door and there it was ? a beautiful generator. He started it up and on the door was a home schematic with watts and amps ? lighting up room, by room. That was it for me! I had to have one. I discussed with my wife, looked over all other companies and it was a no brainer ? Reliable was the company for us. They are a one stop shop company! I have worked for Publix Supermarkets for 37 years. I completely understand what it means to provide good customer service and I have to say ? they get it! Every person I spoke with in their organization was focused on the customer and went above and beyond. Efficient, responsive, professional, clean, respectful are some of the words that best describe my experience with Reliable. Their communication was impeccable. I told the staff and the owner I never was so happy spending this amount of money - EVER! I am thrilled with the generator and I HIGHLY recommend them to all my co-workers, family, friends and business partners. One more thing ? their follow up service is extraordinary!

ONCE AGAIN, THE WORKERS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PROMPTLY BEGAN TO CHISEL AND DIG THROUGH THE ASPHALT AND BEDROCK. ONCE THE HOLES WERE THE PROPER DEPTH, THEY SET THE ANCHORS AND POURED THE CONCRETE. THEY MADE SURE THAT THE ANCHOR POINTS WERE FLUSH WITH THE PAVEMENT. UPON COMPLETION, THEY REMOVED ALL THEIR TRASH AND DEBRIS.

Once the permits were in place, the date for the start of the installation was set. Reliable arrived at the site right on time. They were focused and expedient in their installation. I was very impressed on how much they accomplished in the first day. They only had to come back a second day to wrap things up. They had to come back one additional time at the request of the inspector to update some of our existing wiring. Once the installation was complete, they returned to set the generator up to our needs and to instruct us on its operation.

Excellent, I also have a lead for Robert as one of my neighbors is looking for a generator, I had left a message for Robert to call me. from Reliable Energy source, never received a call back

In the beginning everything went well. then about a month later we had a glitch in the operation of the transfer switch. Reliable took care of it by replacing 2 mother boards. After that, everything worked perfectly. Hats off to Jackie who monitored the work needed to be done to solve the problem.

Robert, the owner, personally makes all sales calls w/ an impressive demo in his trailer simulating how the generator works if electricity fails- he offers deals 4 angieslist members and senior citizens-- his crews are professional and friendly as are the office personnel- they follow up to see if there any problems-- I highly recommend them 2 anyone looking 2 install a generator.

We started working with a different company that kind of left us hanging with unfinished work because the company was sold. We had some work that needed to be completed under the warranty and Reliable Power Systems jumped right in to complete the work. The made all of the phone calls to order our parts and to ensure that the warranty was still in force. I am very appreciative of their initiative and hard work.

The process is done in three steps. I am guessing due to permitting and inspection by the code enforcers. Each step went as it was described to me, electrical rewiring, gas hookup, and finally startup. Scott was the employee that ran our job. He was extremely helpful, with explanations of the work being done, the operation of the generator, and answering any questions we had. If you decide to use this company, which I would highly recommend, ask for Scott. He is great.
