The service provider was very professional. He did a diagnostic on the generator and found a fault fuel collection. He was able to tell me what the issue was and fix it the same day.

I made them my permanent generator people! I made an appointment with ease. The guys who came out were very nice, very knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. We honestly did not know if it would start after 4 years of just sitting there with no service (plus however many before that as we found out it was an original battery). There was a red blinking light underneath the hood (as I call it) and believe it or not, he got it started! Of course we changed out the battery and did some other updates/changes but, I could not have been happier with them! I would definitely recommend them!

I got an updated written report of how my generator is doing. This is a yearly check-up for my generator. The gentleman who performed the work was very professional and I received a call prior to the date to tell me they were coming. I couldn't ask for better service as my previous generator company charged me for parts that weren't necessary and made me wait 6 weeks for those parts! I finally realized they were not a good company and got rid of them. Now I have Reliable and they certainly are!

Matthew arrived on time. Installation went smoothly. Tested unit. Everything checked out perfectly. Was very impressed with knowledge and thoroughness of Tech person. He obviously knew what he was doing.

I'm not 100% satisfied but it turned out okay. They are very super expensive. Just to come out is two hundred and ninety dollars, whatever they service they charge for that also. See I have a service deal with them every six months they service is two hundred and ninety dollars and it's two hundred and ninety dollars just to come out and if I call him between that six months and whatever they do they charge for it. The work they did the last time they really shouldn't charge me anything because all they did was add some free on to the radiator.

They are very reliable. They are very good and very professional but they are also very expensive. They came out fairly promptly right when they said they would and they fixed it very professionally. I just thought it was very expensive. I would probably use them again if I needed a real electrician but I’d look for somebody else first and look for prices.

They were phenomenal. I had three bids and they were the lowest bid. They did an absolutely beautiful job. They were really, really good. Not only would I use them, I have been recommending them to other people here in my community.

Pleasure to deal with and dependable. I am very satisfied and continue to use them for my annual service.

They did a wonderful job. Showed up on time finished in a timely manner and I now have a service contract for them to monitor the generator and come out once a year to check everything in person.

The person who answered the phone at RPS told me the person I needed to talk to was on the phone but they would call me right back. I followed up two days later as no one called back and was asked if I had a survey of my property that I could send. I emailed the survey and received a return email that they would review it and get back to me. I didn't hear back from them so I called them three days later and was told the boss was reviewing my information and would get back to me that afternoon. It is now two weeks later, I haven't heard from them, and I am no longer interested in dealing with them. By the way, my house is probably 6 miles from their office......lol. Due to their lack of response I would not use them and can only wonder how well they respond to their customers.

The electrician was knowledgeable, courteous and did his job in a professional manner.

We got an estimate from Bryan's Electric, Inc.. Bryan is here on Angie's list. He said he could do the work, plus the permit fees, for $1,900.00. That is a lot of money, so I decided to have another estimate. I like Bryan, and he has worked here before. I was 90% sure he would get the job, but I wanted another estimate. When I called Reliable, they said an estimate would be $89.00. I thought it over, and decided I would prefer to pay for the estimate, rather than get a free one, since I was almost for certain going to have Bryan and his employees do the work. I felt a little uncomfortable about the idea of having someone come out to the house to give me a free estimate knowing that we were not going to use them, so I was happy to pay for the estimate. Reliable wrote out the estimate for $5.152.00. That's more than 2.5 times the cost of having Bryan do the work. I had Bryan read over the Reliable estimate. Same work, hugely different price. As of this date, 8/5/16, I'm wondering if we weren't given a flawed estimate, and if we should be given our $89.00 back.

It went great! On time, reliable and friendly, I would absolutely use him in the future.

He was very nice on time and he did the work well. I just did not like that fact he kept trying to sell me other things that I did not need.

"Reliable.." wouldn't give a ballpark price but pushed their $89 service fee which gets applied to the service. once they arrived, they gave me an exorbitant price, knowing I was pressed for time. They wanted over $925 for a $600 job. They wouldn't budge on the price and I felt they were taking advantage and so they left without doing the job. (At that price they were even cutting corners by sharing one circuitbreaker for two outlets that are supposed to be isolated). The next company I called was able to come the next morning and do a proper job with two separate ciruitbreakers and charged about $600. "Reliable.." should have been embarrassed to squeeze me for that, but instead they immediately sent me bills for the $89, which I am paying - and good riddance.. Beware of companies such as this that take advantage of people.

From day one Robert (the owner), came to my house and gave a very professional presentation... I had 3 quotations, but he gave me an honest assessment of the equipment, I required, while the other 2 tried to "over sell" me.. Robert also gave me a time line, including how long it would take to get a Boca permit... The entire job went flawlessly and according to the promised timeline.. The installers were friendly and extremely conscientious... They went well above my expectations... The customer service department were extremely courteous and professional... The lead manager, Glenn, was great and figured out a great solution, to hide the piping properly, and make it look perfect... The price was extremely competitive... These guys did such a great job, I have since used them to do interior work in my home, as well as electrical on my dock.. They are the best!!!

It started out with the president of the company, Rob Biscardi, coming out on July 27, 2015 to give me quote. He was very informative and presented himself very professionally. He had top notch marketing material. I was so impressed I wrote him a $3,000 deposit check on the spot. That was the last time I would be able to meet or speak with Mr Biscardi. He was always not in the office or in a meeting. Someone else would get back to me but the job was not going to my satisfaction and I wanted to speak to the man who in charge. He told me in my intiital meeting it would take approximately 2 months to it would be completed due to the permitting process. Completion should be around October 1st. Everytime I called I was told they were waiting for the permit to be approved. Finally I called Martin County Permit Office and was informed that the paperwork was filled out by Reliable and therefore it was rejected. We lost over a month because none at Reliable never followed up! I informed the foreman Glenn to give me as much notice as possible when they would be working on the property. Many times that never happened or they wouldn't show up when they said they would. That caused alot of problems for everyone because my property you can't have direct access. Parking is very difficult and I had other contracors performing various work and coordinating was essential. The work would begin and stop for long periods of time and the whole process became drawed out. They left the place a mess evertime they left. Pipes and conduit pieces everywhere not to mention the garbage. They also destroyed my irrigation system and didn't tell us when they had broken pipes. The job just got completed on January 18, 2016. this is 3.5 months later than promised. It also caused my other subs and the timeline of the remolding project many difficulties. As we came to one week to the final start up of the generator they wanted their 60% draw. I told them because of all delays I would pay the entire bill the following week at start up. They threatened to put a lien on my property and had no remorse.

From start to finish, the project was exceptional. The company's customer service on the phone is phenomenal with knowledgeable service reps and helpful attitudes. And what's even more impressive is the follow-through: everything that a Reliable Power rep said would had happen actually did! Someone called me prior to the tech's arrival. The tech arrived right on time. And the tech provided advice and counsel from an objective, non-salesy perspective. I was impressed before we even began the actual job. The installation tech Donnie was fantastic, and I'd request him on every job. He explained the procedure, how long it would take, and the costs. He also has to be the cleanest service provider we've ever had in our home. And considering this job was for my son's playroom, I'm even more picky on cleanliness. The end result is beautiful. The playroom has a brilliant white light yet not overpowering. And now his room makes the rest of our house looks like a dungeon. I want to redo all of our lighting!

Donnie and John are out of this world. There is never a question about price because they carry the cost bible with them. The generator guys are really great as well.

We called and they came out to help us within the next few days! Joe came to our apartment and he was punctual, clean, personable, and efficient. He answered all of our questions and explained everything to us about our new electric panel. We would definitely call and use their services again. I would highly recommend calling them, they are very professional and reliable!
