As you can tell from above, not good.

They were not interested in work that involved a weeks work for a new addition 2nd floor (new wiring) They only charge by the hour, they said did not do "big" residential jobs! :(

Jarrod checked our generator, made sure we had the right amount of oil - it was overfilled - and gave us ease of mind. Thanks, Jarrod!

Kyle was excellent. Very professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions.

As usual they were punctual and very professional. Answered all of my questions and even told me I didn't need some additional items I inquired about.

They are always easy to work with and the tech's are prompt and explain things well. Price will be higher than others but I've learned you get what you pay for.

I'm not complaining. The ONLY reason I'm reviewing is to remind customers to confirm whether a company offers free estimates that will greatly impact the total cost of a small job and make them feel locked in to hire. It's a cost to factor and since I like to "shop around," I wrote Reliable Power to get a rough, ball-park estimate for simple ceiling fan installation. The office promptly messaged me back and a pleasant & knowledgeable lady explained why they always require the customer to pay for a visit to estimate this simple job. I do understand this is company policy though it makes it near impossible to compare prices. Again, if I paid for an estimate, I'd feel like I'd made an investment and pressured to go with the company - regardless of whom. Another thing - I could send photos for such basic work, and would rather get a minimum price with a contract stipulation that the end price may be higher based on time spent, etc.

They did a great job and were very professional!

It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes. Expensive for one hour of work. Will hire them again if I do not have other options.

The quote was about right, its just that they didn't follow up on my questions or my requests for a site visit.

I had a very wonderful experience with Frank and the installation team which included to name a few Brian, Pat and Mr. Treasure who were there on time; courteous and polite, kept me informed as to what they would be doing and when; entertained my many questions, displayed excellent work ethic and superb knowledge and experience in all their tasks throughout the day. I was very lucky to have gotten this team after another client cancelled on short notice. I found Frank very knowledgeable and asked for him to be my startup Technician(which was standard) . I had very little downtime with my power and was advised every time it would be off. I would like to state I had contacted quiet a few other companies(because that's what you are suppose to do) and only had Reliable come out to the house to do a survey; after meeting with Chris(salesperson) that was it. I realized not only did they have the experience doing Generac and other generator for years; they were on top of everyone else who was in the business. I must say in that in the end it was the other amazing 4/5 star reviews online like mine that sealed the deal. Than you Reliable I will most definitely be using your services again. Great - very efficient and competent11

Chris from Reliable was great. He showed up on time, did a fantastic job finishing ahead of time and coordinated very well with FPL and the city inspector. He is also a very nice gentleman that I would definitely hire again should I need additional electrical services.

The job went well. There was an issue with the gas tank popping out of the ground after a very heavy rain (Davie was flooded), so I wish they were more clear that the tank should be filling immediately after being placed in the ground. Besides this everything went really well and we are happy with the results.

Reliable notified me on Friday that they had not received feedback (via broadband) on the generator monitoring system and immediately set up an appointment for the next business day. On Monday, Reliable was at my home within the service time agreed and the technician corrected the issue and detailed to me what was wrong and what he did to correct it. Best of all the issue was covered under warranty!!!
