Excellent! Ian was professional, friendly, and competent. He installed all 6 in less than an hour, and the company charged a reasonable rate for the installation. We will be contacting them again for additional work in 2018.

Ceilings fans removal and installations of new fans were installed in no time. The Pendant light was a bit more tricky. I gave a hand but we got the job done. I've just purchased 4 more replacement lights which I will use Elcon again to install.

Chris from Elcon came out. He was scheduled for between 1 and 4 but was able to make it to the house by 10:30 am. He was able to diagnose the problem in about a half hour and explain it to me in a way I understood. There needed to be a lot of rewiring because the previous installation wasn't completely up to code. He explained to me, "Once he touches it, Elcon owns it." I gotta say the finished product is a professional install that I know will pass any future inspection. And if I ever have issues, I'm confident I can just call and have it resolved. I also mentioned that I had the $25 Off coupon for the first service call. We BOTH forgot about it, so I called the office the next day and they credited me without any hassle. That made my day... a second time.

Mel, the technician accessed the problem and immediately new what to do and he rectified our problem and gave us a new outlet and relocated the outlet.

Right on time; Brent installed in very professional manner. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had an unforeseen issue and he solved it with product he had with him. I’ll be using Elcon snd Brent again.

All of the work was bad. 1) A lightbulb was broken outside and shattered glass had to be cleaned. 2) the technician tried selling me personal lighting fixtures while on the job 3) he wanted to leave on time and send he would email me an invoice, which he never did 4) told me of a replacement part to buy and now the dimmer doesn't work with the specific replacement part he suggested. 5) told me the wrong replacement part to buy for a simple fluorescent ceiling light, then tells me "I'll give you one off my truck and take this wrong one from you" without me ever knowing if the one he gave me was same quality, cost less, etc 6) did caulking to fill a spot where a replacement high hat was meant to go and it was sloppy 7) attic work told me transformer to buy, it was wrong and light worked for less than 5 hours after he left before blowing out again I had to have another electrician come out and fix everything he did wrong. I would never hire Elcon again. Not only was the work bad, but the unprofessionalism of never receiving an invoice and the technician trying to sell me personal fixtures was incredibly uncomfortable.

Fortunately, rather than waiting another day, I called Elcon Electric and explained our problem to Stephanie, who was very gracious and understanding. Stephanie arranged for one of their electricians to come out the next morning. Brett arrived and, after doing a thorough inspection, found the source of the problem, addressed it, and within 15 minutes after arriving at our home we had full power in every room and wall outlet! After Brett found no damage to our breaker panel, and the main breaker on the side of the house, Brett saw a secondary breaker panel and outlet, that had been installed after a hurricane 11 years ago and never used. He opened it, flicked one or two switches, and we had full power once again! I am so glad I didn't wait for FP&L to respond, and so grateful Elcon Electric came to our rescue by having Brett come by so soon to solve our problem so quickly. It is a pleasure working with a company so caring, capable honorable and as Elcon Electric and I highly recommend them.

Not good. We had to move out of the house and they had no solution other than rewiring the entire house. We hired another company and they were able to fix everything in a couple of days.

Very knowledgeable and explained step by step what happened and how it needed to be fixed.

Home Depot referred me to Elcon Electric for an installation of the Ring Pro that I bought. Mary in the office was very friendly and efficient when making the appointment and informing me of the technician's arrival time. Brett, the electrician was very friendly, knowledgeable (knows his stuff), and professional. (; He communicated with me throughout the job and did excellent and efficient work. I am very impressed with the overall service that I received from Elcon. I will keep them in mind for any future electrical work. I definitely recommend Elcon for anyone that needs any electrical work completed. Thank you Elcon!

We needed 4 ceiling fans installed. Brett was our technician. He was prompt, skilled, professional, and provided the service we requested within the time alotted. I would definately use them again and highly recommend them for ceiling fan installation.

Gus did outstanding work in a timely way. He was highly professional having necessary expertise and knowledge and was very personable. He arrived on time and was very neat. I would request Gus for any further electrical work. I originally spoke to Mary in the home office and found her to be very helpful and understanding. The price she quoted was exact to the penny. ELCON is a most professional organization.
