They were fantastic. They were really very, very good! I would definitely use them if I were in that area again. They were very good. They were very efficient. They came when they were supposed to. They cleaned up and didn't leave garbage around like some of the others.

A real pleasure to deal with. I had to have work done on my Florida rental home. I arranged it all from another state. I sent pictures and was given a very reasonable estimate on the phone. Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived on time. My tenant was very pleased with the efficient, clean work and so was I. Everyone from start to finish was very polite and professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

Went very well. I scheduled the appointment for the next day and they were punctual. The technician, his name is Luis Alfonso, was very professional and clever. He knew what the problem was, gave us a quote to fix it. The quote total was less than previous estimates from different electrical companies. We agreed and after one hour, my stove/oven was working again. I will call them again without any hesitation.

It went well. Besides a general mix up . my name came through to their system as linda.. but other than it was all good.

Mel was efficient and on time, pleasant to deal with. Had to make multiple calls locating a discontinued breaker & schedule second visit to replace the breaker.

Quote was much lower than the 2 other estimates I had. Installer was right on time and very courteous. Installation was done quickly and inspection passed with no problem.

Estimate at 8:30. I agreed, he went to get some additional materials and had the job done by 12:30

They charged a large fee for a survey. Then they left us hanging for estimate. There is a huge disconnect between the electrician and the back office. Not only we didn't hear from the office after we paid for the survey, when we reached out, the sales rep is out of office and nobody else could help. We waited for days and called back only to receive an outrageous price, which is obviously a way to say, "sorry, you are too small a project for us". I am okay to deal with all kinds of companies who have their own priority. I am not okay with the way they drag us out this way. They can be honest with us to begin with and told us, sorry, we only do work that's more than $2000.

John was on-time, courteous & knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us some very helpful advice.He completed all the jobs we requested and went over and above what we expected a true professional i would recommend Elcon unreservedly.

They were fine. They did not follow up on the work he did. I took advantage of that 2 hour for $200 only to have Elcon come out and say they couldn't do anything about my pool motor and it needs to be replaced. They were nice enough to look and try to fix it and then they also looked at the work that the first electrician did. It turns out that there wasn't anything they could do about that either. It does turn out that when it rains the work that was done by the first gentleman the circuit breaker kind of shuts off so the lights go off and there's not a whole lot we can do about it. They were very nice about telling me exactly what was wrong with the pool motor. They came out and besides the $200, I paid $35 and he replaced some sort of a breaker in the back. He updated the breaker with a cover to it. They were very professional.

Elcon was professional from the start. They have friendly staff who answer the phone and helped me set up an appointment for an estimate. We were using another electrician before, and we felt we never knew when he was coming so it was nice to be able to schedule an appointment. When he arrived, he first helped me figure out the "chirping" issue I was having with my smoke detectors. He did this free of charge. He gave us a competitive estimate and because of their professionalism, I felt this company was a no-brainer. I scheduled my installation date with no problems and the electrician arrived on time. He made some useful suggestions along the way, which made me reconsider my choices for fans based on the height of the ceiling and size of the room. He and his co-worker hung our light fixtures perfectly and made sure I was happy with the end result. I'm going to have them back soon to install another fan and 2 more light fixtures.

Service Tech was on time, very professional, made some suggestions that were followed, cleaned up and charged what was given on estimate. Could not be happier with the service or outcome, looks FANTASTIC! i will use ELCON again and highly recommend them.

Technician spent a lot of time diagnosing issue which I had already done. Offered to fix at a price well beyond the service I had paid. Company ended up refunding in full so I am satisfied.

Daneil was SUPER professional. Not only did he install everything perfectly, he was very professional. He was amazing about putting everything back the way it was before he got here, packing all the mess that was made from the work into the boxes that originally held the fans. Very often times when people do work in the house they get the job done, and leave the place a wreck. I would HIGHLY recommend Elcon, and will 100% use them for any of this work in the future.

The installer expertly accomplished the installation. He took the time to explain how to use the remote, the manual controls, and their interaction. The installer was very courteous and a pleasure to work it.

Everything has always gone well. Jared has always been punctual, polite, and very knowledgable. Mary is easy to deal with when making appointments, and others have been great in follow-up. They call before to confirm the appointment, they show up on time, they do the work asked of them, and the quote they give will always be the most you will pay. My last project came in under the quote provided. They do great work, and are focused on ensuring the work done is professionally done. No rushing, and no cutting corners. I will continue to use Elcon for my electrical needs, and would recommend them without hesitation.
