Description of Work: The office did not communicate with the service tech and when he was done wanted to charge again for what was already paid. Very Poor communication from office the service tech. I purchased a two hour electric service for my son and included in the $100 dollar a hour were all the supplies which is good if you need supplies.

Description of Work: I wanted to recommend an Electrician we used and would highly recommend. He works for Elcon Electric Incorporated. We live on Merritt Island in Florida. The gentlemen who did the work at our house does all the work on the Island for this company. He was friendly, polite, and cleaned up everything after completing the job. He installed inset lighting into our kitchen and moved two lights to different spots. We even decided to add an extra inset light after he started working. He kindly agreed and ran up to the store to pick another light up on his lunch break and he only charged us for the cost of the light. We even had to run and pick up our son at school and left him here at the house alone. We felt comfortable enough to trust him in the house alone. We had several companies come out for estimates before we had the work done and this company was comparable in price to the other companies but the man was so courteous and polite and listened to what we wanted we chose him. We would highly recommend anyone looking for an electrician to use this company. Especially if you live on Merritt Island.

Description of Work: The electrician was at my door on time. He not only installed the lighting fixtures I had requested he also checked ever outlet and fixed several issues which were discovered. Couldn't ask for a better response time to my request or the service!

Description of Work: I phoned for an estimate on hanging a chandelier over the dining table (where one is already hung), and installing a dimmer for the chandelier. The people on the phone were very pleasant and efficient, but the prices quoted were much higher than other electricians I've spoken with in the past. The hourly rate quoted was $45 for the first 30 minutes, and $45 for each additional 30 minutes. The person I spoke with estimated that installing the dimmer alone would cost $120-$150! By contrast, the electrician from Angie's list I worked with a few months ago charges $65/hour, and the one I spoke with after this provider quoted $120-$150 for the entire job (including both hanging the chandelier and installing the dimmer. Elcon has good reviews and sounded very professional on the phone, but their prices are way out of line, especially for a straightforward, easy job like this one.

Description of Work: First of all they dont charge a dime to come out and give you an estimate !! Excellent company to do business with. I got my main panel replace (outside). Very professional and able technicians.
