I called 1-800 got junk? at 11:00 in the morning, they arrived at 3:00 that same afternoon. Anthony and Ryan were professional, respectful, thoughtful, pleasant, and neat! I could not have asked for better service.

THE WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COUTEROUS, FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS REMOVED THE HEAVY COUCH BUT SINCE I WAS NEW TO USING THIS SERVICE, I DID NOT REALIZE THAT I WAS REALLY RENTING A TRUCK PER THE AMOUNT OF JUNK BEING REMOVED, BUT THAT IS OKAY,IT ALL WORKED OUT,SINCE I LIVE IN A CONDO,I NEEDED THIS SERVICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTHER.

These guys were great. The two men who came to our home were friendly and moved all the materials from the home remodeling we did without issue. They had some tough pieces to work with too - panes of mirror from a wall for example. They took it right out of our garage and even swept their work area and our garage afterward. The pricing was very fair as well. They ran into complications with another job and were late for our appointment. However, they called as soon as they knew they would be late and kept us updated on their timing. So, the timing ended up not being an issue at all. I recommend them and am so glad I had them take our remodeling junk away.

I was referred to this company by another Angies List contractor. Juan's crew arrived on time &, negotiated a fair price. All of the debris were removed. They swept and cleaned up the entire garage. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They came, did their thing and left. I thought they were fine and did what they were supposed to do but I felt the price was too high. They charged me $130 and I only used them for less than 1/8th of a truck.

It turned out very well. They did a nice job for me. They were on time, polite and respectful. I have no complaints.

It's a cleaning service and they clean up anything that one doesn't want anymore. I spent $350 the first time that I used them and $240 recently. I would give them a triple A for their professionalism.

We went to the 1-800-Got-Junk website and entered my request and other information. The local franchisee promptly contacted us, we received and appointment, and they arrived on time. The whole procedure was very fast & efficient.

I recently bought a foreclosure from an apparent hoarder because the attic was filled with tons of stuff- from ceiling fans, skis, crutches, bi-fold doors to even a toilet!! I hadn't heard any feedback about 1-800-got-junk but was desperate to have this stuff removed so scheduled an estimate. When I heard the price I initially thought that was somewhat high but let me just say, it was worth EVERY penny of it!!! Mark and RJ were absolutely terrific! They called before they came over, gave me an estimate of how much of the truck would be filled (which was right on) and got right to work. They even had to deal with an annoying neighbor, which they did so with professionalism and courtesy. The job was bigger than I would have ever imagined and these guys were great!

The appointment was scheduled between the hours of 10:30 A.M and 12:30 P.M. At 10:00 A.M. I received a call (from Zach) who advised me that they would be arriving ahead of schedule (15 minutes early to be exact). He asked if that would be o.k with me. "Yes, of course, thank you," I said. Then at exactly 10:15 the doorbell rang. Two well-groomed, professionally attired gentlemen were at my door. Zach introduced himself and Chris. I showed them the location of the items, explained what needed to be done, and they started to work immediately. These gentlemen proceeded with care, finesse, and a thorough understanding of what the job required. Zach and Chris removed easily very large paintings (one of which I found difficult to get to); they disassembled and hauled away a huge treadmill, again effortlessly so. Plus they removed an entire king mattress, box springs, and frame. Truly, this was very difficult work, but they handled it beautifully. Zach and Chris did an impeccable job, and they worked together seamlessly. They made the removal absolutely worry-free for me. These gentlemen did move other furniture in order to have access to the items to be removed. Truth be told when they repositioned the furniture, it was situated even better than before they had moved it! I can't say enough how wonderful it was to have Zach, Chris and 1-800 Got Junk take care of the removal. I will most definitely call this company again. Plus I highly recommend this company to everyone. You will be pleased beyond words!
