I've give them a B because they gave me a window of time and they where definitely outside that window and they were late. and sure they called me a few times and said they were on there way but, but there than that they completed the job very quickly. The rate was better than other moving companies would have charged. The workers did will. There rate was different from having a moving company can and say haul it about. And it was also cheaper and other Junk hauling companies. They cheapest rate that I was able to find. They where in and out very quickly. The workers were nice, professional. The only thing I would say is that they were definitely not punctual. They gave a window and they showed up, I don't remember if it was 40 mins or 45 mins after the window. Other than that they were a good company. They got the job done.

1-800 Got Junk is Biggest rip-off ever! They charged me $515 minus the Angie's discount of $208. So my cost was $307 + the $109 I paid for the "deal". I complained to them about their hidden charges and they apologized for the pricing "confusion" and offered me a substantial discount on my "next" service! That's never going to happen because I won't be dealing with that company ever again. They came to my house with a truck already loaded half full with a sofa and other items and said that my load was priced at a 3/4 load?. My load was piled in the truck haphazardly on the back end of the truck with a lot of wasted space between the articles and behind the front end of the bed. Great service! We hated the thought of paying for clean up, but realized the only way to get it done was to have a service help. This is a great service for getting rid of junk quick and effortlessly! The removal team was great, took everything we needed removed and the price was right (we purchased a deal through Angie's List). We would use them again if needed.

The gentlemen that came to take my yard furniture were great, super nice guys, but the thing that they couldn’t – at the beginning – accept the $99 arrangement that I had. My email for the deal was buried somewhere and I had something that it wasn’t what they wanted. They called their boss, they took a picture of it and send it to him, he was like, see if she’s got something else. It’s like, even though I had an order number and everything, there was a lot of back-and-forth, before he finally agreed. The girl at the office she was very nice. She said, if it’s more than what we normally take, are you willing to pay? I said, no, if it’s more than $99, I would take it to the curb.

They were really good. They were extremely helpful and they were here on time.

Service was excellent. I purchased removal service through a coupon on Angies List for a limited amount of hauling capacity, but I expected to pay extra for exceeding the amount of space available through the coupon. I prepared all of the items and cleared a path beforehand for the removers to access everything that needed to be taken away from the garage and the yard. They were so pleased that I saved them time by doing this (apparently, you don't need to prep anything - they will normally climb through your garage, attic, crawlspace, etc. and do all of the removal themselves) that they didn't charge me for the extra space that I needed to fit everything on the truck.

I called before purchasing, as I wanted a hot tub removed and wasn't sure I could get the $99 Big Deal. That was, indeed, the case, but they discounted their fixed price to reflect those of the big deal. The crew called before arrival and showed up when they said they would. The two guys were friendly and professional, and cleaned up all the debris generated from the process of moving the spa from my backyard pool deck to the truck. I would highly recommend this company.

I am a realtor and had an emergency trash out. I called and they were there within 2 hours and did a fabulous job. They saved my life!!!

2 workers arrived and went back to look at the material to be removed. The first thing they did was to make up an invoice showing that I would owe and extra 450.00 in addition to the Angie's list big deal. I explained to them that 3 cubic feet was the size of a home refrigerator and the deal was for 4 cubic feet which was around what I had. They told me that they went by how much space it took in the truck they had. They did not even know that I had an Angie's list big deal. They called their boss and came down some on the price. I told them that was not negotiable. They called their boss and I talked to him to let him know of the big deal and what I had. He had his workers take pictures and send them to him. After a few minutes he called them and told them to honor the price of the deal with no additional charge. The workers needed to be trained in their job to know how much they are hauling. It seems to me that the deal is a come on and they hope people will pay the extra money they are asking. That did not happen with me as I told them I have used Angie's list several time with the big deal and was always satisfied with the service. The final deal is that the work was performed as advertised, but I should not had to go through the hassle.

Two guys came by to pickup all items. They worked quickly and removed all the items from different parts of the house without issues. Overall a great value. I used the angieslist discount coupon for their service and it was worth it. I plan to use them again.

It was okay, they got better reviews than the service I got. Nice young people but did not sweep up or get small stuff at the end.

The only thing that kept me from giving a perfect "A" rating is the fact that I've purchased 2 Angie's List deals, and both on occasions I felt like the transaction was mishandled. First, on both of my experiences the gentlemen that arrived to pick up my debris were polite and professional. My first experience with this company, they expected me to pay despite me paying for the "deal" upfront. They simply didn't now how to handle Angie's List customers that have prepaid. So after a lot of explaining and educating them on the process, the manager was eventually called and everything ended up ok. This most recent experience was problematic because the amount of debris I had was, according to them, over the amount allowed in the deal I purchased. I purchased the $109. / 4 cubic yard deal, and according to them the 5 interior doors and 50 sq ft of ceramic tile was more than 4 cubic yards. NO WAY is this accurate. So after they called there manager, I was then told it would be $150. more than $109. I had already paid. So I politely thanked the gentlemen for coming and declined the entire deal. As they were leaving I was contacting Angies List to request a refund for the deal I purchased. While on the line with Angie's List I got a call from the Got Junk guys, stating they were unaware of the fact that I had purchased the 4 cubic yard deal and that the whole thing was just a misunderstanding. They came back within a few minutes, they took the items I wanted discarded, they cleaned up, I tipped them, and they left. On a side note, when scheduling the appointment the scheduler ask exactly what you want picked up, so in many ways there really shouldn't be any dispute about whether a pick up exceeds the deal purchased. So again, while the guys have always been polite, and the job has gotten done in a clean and efficient manner, the hassle of it all makes me question whether I would use them again.

I purchased a special deal for removal of 4 cubic yards of items some time ago. The company is very professional. As soon as I had set up the appointment by telephone they emailed me a copy of the order. The gentlemen called before arriving and were right at the appointed time. They worked quickly and neatly. I was surprised how much they could stack into 4 cubic yards. I plan on using them again.

The guys that came to the house were great. They were helpful and really responsive but I paid 109 on Angies list and had to spend an addistional 320.00 which I didnt expect. The guys that hauled my junk away were amazing I just feel the price for junk removal was excessive - it was a small truck for 430.00. Not their fault and their were so helpful but like I said a bit pricey for me.

They called twice to confirm the appointment and to make sure of what items, if any they should bring, such as a wheelbarrow. They arrived on-time, very well mannered, and clean-cut. They performed their task as planned, went perfectly. Price was excellent. Will definitely will use this Company again.
