Perfectly. The crew called shortly before arriving and arrived exactly on time. Everything was removed cleanly and quickly with no mess or damage.

They were terrific. Two big guys took everything, worked quickly, and didn't cause any damage!

After an initial misunderstanding with corporate about the payment I made to Angie's List, the local franchise manager did a great job of service recovery. He apologized, offered to buy me coffee or lunch to explain that my initial experience was not typical. As a goodwill gesture he offered to pick up addition debris, above what I had already paid for, at no additional charge. This Palm Beach franchisee seems to really value customer satisfaction and wants to do what it takes to make things right.

This provider was fantastic! They kept me informed as to when they would get here. They were gentlemen and very professional and very respectful of my property. I just had my house painted and they were very careful not to cause any damages to this. I would recommend this provider to anyone! They were very efficient caring and I felt comfortable having them alone in my garage as they were very honest as a company. This was a phenomenal experience.

All was fine after a delay. They kept saying that the Angie's List coupon for the purchase I made was not the correct one. It was all I had and after discussions between the workers, their office, and myself, they finally performed the work. They admitted that they have some issues when it comes to the Angie's Deals.

They were fabulous. I had used them in Buffalo as well but they just opened here so I hired them for the job. They have great drivers, they are punctual and it is an all around great service.

Hale and Alexander arrived on time. Assessed the job and gave me a fair quote. They then got right to work. They worked fast and efficiently removing a huge pile of post move boxes and other junk that we felt no need for in the new house. I highly recommend this company.

Got Junk did a fabulous job for us. We had to empty an entire apartment... it was much more than we thought it would be but they worked with us, coming back more than once to finish it. Very reliable, good workers, helpful and courteous staff.... an excellent experience all around. Yes, its less expensive if you do it yourself... but this is really a value for what they provide.

They provided same-day service. The 2 gentlemen were on time, pleasant and courteous. Though they didn't have the resources necessary to load the container on to the truck, they called in reinforcements who were on site within about 10 minutes. We were very pleased with their service.

I decided to use their services for the removal of two large pieces of furniture that we were not able to donate to charity. While browsing Angie's List I found a Deal listed for them and purchased it. The scheduling was very simple and I had the option to schedule online or by calling their call center. I called their call center and was provided with different options to choose from. They were not able to complete the job on the original day scheduled because they were running late from a prior job and I had to attend an appointment but calling back to reschedule was as easy as setting up the first appointment. They completed the job perfectly and the two employees were extremely polite and friendly. I am very impressed by their professionalism and phone follow up. They will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving which was appreciated.

We used them again a second time. From the moment I bought the deal again they were so responsive and helpful. Same 2 gentlemen came to haul our stuff. GREAT company! Will definitely use them again and will tell all we can to use them!

They are really good, excellent. They are very clear what they will charge. They don’t charge by weight. If I have half a truck of load, they charge half a load. They don’t care how much it weighs. If I have 4 loads then they charge 4 loads. If I have just a third then they charge a third. I think they are very fair. I like them. I would go back to them. I was happy with the price. They did give $20 gift certificates for the next order. They are right on time. I would give them a 10. The quality is good. They didn’t have enough people to help. I know he came on a weekend by himself because I needed him. Overall, I have no complaints.

Bought a Deal but had more than the 4 cu yards. The difference in price was very reasonable. Twain & Gilbert were very nice, professional, and quick. Called to say they were running ahead of schedule and would it be ok to come early. I would definitely use them again. And anyone who hasn't done it yet, buy the deal!!

They were excellent. They were punctual. They were here at 8 o’clock the next morning. They were very good but they weren’t cheap. They were a little bit pricey but I think they can make it a little bit less. I would probably use them again in the future if I needed to, even though they are a little pricey.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. They kept in constant contact with us relaying updates on there progress as the job went on. Highly recommend this company for any cleanup and haul away job.

The guys were great collected all the trash and clean up. They did a great job and i'm looking forward to working with them again.

I made an appointment on Monday and they showed up on time the following day. Justin and Jay were professional and efficient, they even cleaned up a pile of dust that was left on my garage floor. It couldn't have gone any better, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Both gentlemen were very nice and professional. Had scheduled for the day before but were not able to make it due to a job running over. They did call me and let me know and I was offered a 10% discount. The next morning they were her within their scheduled time. When I showed them the amount of debris I was told it would fill the truck and it would be $600, given the 10% discount it would have been $540. For me that was way to pricey for what they were actually going to take. I had to use another service that charged me less than half of what I was quoted with this company.

They arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. I do not remember how much it cost.

They gathered everything from the floor and got heavy furniture I no longer wanted down the stairs. Actually, I discovered them on Angie's List when I typed in junk removal. Thrift agancies will not take furniture if there are stairs involved, and I was thrilled to find this company. My "junk hunks" were wonderful. I was told that the price would depend on how much room my junk would take in the truck. I thought it would be more than it was. I will definitely use them again.

I booked an appointment on their website for a pick up the next day. I was contacted earlier in the day by phone asking if they could pick up the refrigerator earlier, they were in the area. Earlier worked better for me, so it worked out well. I had only asked them to remove the frig, when they were leaving I asked if they would take an old chaise loung chair, and a small metal screen, and they did, without adding to my bill.

Showed up on time. Were pleasant to deal with. Charged what I thought was a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend them.

The two men ( Alex and Codi) were very pleasnt, friendly, helpful, and did a great job hauling a heavy sofa sleeper. They were punctual, offered to help me clean up the grime on the floor (totally unnecessary as the mess was mine to clean)a and were prompt. Would definitely use them again....
