Overhead Door has the best customer service of any company I have ever needed. I have used them on several occasions and have called for service for several friends. They do everything possible to assist you with a problem over the phone first, in order to save you the cost of a service call. If service call is needed, they are prompt and efficient. Our garage door broke half way up on a Sunday morning. There was no way to get the car out of the garage. I was stuck! I called several garage door companies that advertised "Emergency Service" however none of them worked on Sundays. So I was referred to them and they were "johnny on the spot" Great service. They were Friendly and professional.
