They fixed the problem and the technician repaired the door where a screw tore through the door. I down rated them a half because U felt the garage door opener I bought for my car was too much over what I could have purchased the same thing for about 30% less.

He came out the same day I called with all the parts and equipment and in a couple of hours my garage door was repaired ad operating.

I was very satisfied but note that they charge by the hour. I simply had them do an annual inspection of my two garage door openers. The technician completed the inspection, greased the chains, and tightened the bolts in roughly 20 minutes but obviously still paid for the full hour. I would hire them again but just wanted to let others know.

He showed up a little early, which was a pleasant surprise. Did a great job, and completed it rather quickly. We were very pleased with the service and the cost. We would definitely recommend them to others.

The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He called with an approximate time and again before heading over. He not only programmed the remote, he checked out and oiled the door and answered a few questions for me. I could not ask for more. Quite satisfied.
