We love the door. Have issues with the track install. No support at the bottom of the track. 3 feet of tangling track. Rep came by and said would send service back to add additional supports and relocate vertical support. Note work quality rating. Would have been 5 if the two mentioned items had been been done or left undone. Depending how you want to look at it. Very happy with customer service. Give her a raise!!

Replaced garage door opener. It may seem pricey, but if you compare buying an, unless you're able to install it yourself, it is just as cost-effective to have them install theirs.

Arrived on time, fix the problems on 3 garage doors. He was unable to install a new door opener there wasn't enough clearance to the celling. He needed 4 inches I had 2 in. Typical old garage. I would hire them again.
