Overhead Door Co. of Daytona Beach

Installed OK but now the door is not operating well with the opener. Opens and closes but there's some problem with the switch or the door mechanism. They are closed weekends so shall contact Monday. Worked well initially and the opener was OK before the repair was completed.

Our garage door was stuck in the open position so I needed it repaired within 24 hours, and Overhead Door Co. came out within an hour of our phone call. The repair person was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Quick repair for a fair price...very happy with the service!

The garage door experience was terrific! The door experience by Tom Rhodes was not. He quoted me a price of $300.00 and charged me $350.00. He waited 2weeks before coming out and then purchased the wrong sweep for the door, said he had to go to Palm Coast, (there is a door place here in Daytona) tried installing it only to find it didn't fit as I couldn't open my front door, said he would be back the next day to sand the door jam down, only to take the strip off and cut it some more, and did fix the other door but told the painters they would have to sand it because he had to leave...

I needed a repair immediately. Overhead Door responded first thing in the morning after my late call the previous night. They contacted their technition already in the area. He contacted me, and the job was complete within two hours later. Can't ask for better than that. I had need for something previousely. Someone recommended I contact them for advice. They not only provided advise, they also came up with the solution, they had the part and the solution.

Called me within 30 min. offering assistance(on a holiday). Said person would call following morning around 8am to schedule appointment. They did. Came same day by 1030 am. Finished job and back in business less than an hour later. Did what they said they would do. Estimated price is what was paid. Courteous helpful on time and great job.

Overhead Door were thorough, prompt and, I might add trusting as they asked for no signed contract nor for any upfront money before completing the job. The door is quiet and the controls operate beautifully. Though I would rather have had a door of some material other than steel, steel is all that is available at this time. Rust may be a factor in the future. However, I am most pleased with Overhead Door Co.
