Description of Work: Had to reschedule a few times they were kind busy and didn't meet the 3 hour time frame that they said they would arrive. We finally met at my house they fixed the faucet that's in my tub changes the pvc pipe with copper and did some welding or soldering I think not sure but they did a great job and fixed everything...Thanks guys

Description of Work: Checked for leaks in pipe inside the wall. fixed the leak in the broken pipe. Replaced several plastic pipes with copper copper pipes. Installed a new water heater. Changed dripping faucets in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Eric, the owner, was excellent. Helped me deal with the water pipe leak "crisis" and connected me to "Home Angels" for drying the water from my apt.

Description of Work: I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE PROMPT. THE OWNER HIMSELF CAME OVER FIRST TO SEE WHAT WAS NEEDED AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE. UNFORTUNATELY, THE COST BECAME HIGER THAN THOUGHT, BUT THAT WAS BECAUSE THERE WAS SOME UNSEEN PROBLEMS. THEY WERE FAIR AND CONCERNED ABOUT OUR LEAK. THEY CAME ON THE WEEKEND TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY ALSO OFFERED A 5% DISCOUNT. THAT HELPED EASE THE COST OF THE TOTAL JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: Repaired the toilet by replacing all parts inside the tank. Replaced the faucet in the kitchen sink. Mat was very responsive, followed through on everything that he said he would do. He had to come back the next day because I had to go to Home Depot to buy a new faucet. He rearranged his schedule with the office to accommodate mine. He was very nice and did his work well. No problems since. The only problem I had is when I first called the office and left a message, I didn't get a call back. I did call again the next day and was able to make the appointment. I was told that this was an unusual experience because they said they are always responsive. They did call both days to let me know when Mat was on his way to my home. I would use them again.

Description of Work: The provider was so helpful in advising me about my faucet handles. He gave me solid advice and did not charge me for the visit. I will definitely use him in the future. He showed that he is an honest and upright businessman.

Description of Work: They stopped my toilet from running all the time. They were prompt and professional. The service tech was at my doors within 2 hours of me calling.

Description of Work: Found the leak in my shower. Replaced the cylinder in the faucet.

Description of Work: We called about both of our shower faucets leaking. We thought that the tile would need to be removed in order to repair or replace the leaking valve bodies. To our surprise, the repairs were completed without removing any of the tile. The technician, Matt, was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. We also received an estimate for some additional work, that we requested, at no charge. We will be calling Sunshine Plumbing back and highly recommend them.
