Very responsive!! I called Saturday morning with a clogged line and the tech Chris (who was a friendly, professional super-star!!) arrived within one hour!! Work was done properly and quickly.. I highly recommend Chris and Sunshine Plumbing!!

Used a roto rooter. Two days later the toilet backed up again. He came back and said it's probably too much paper. Then our driveway collapsed. Turns out the main sewer line was broken.

Very fast and very professional service. Came out on a July 4th, arrived within 3 hours of calling. Fixed my problem, was kind of pricey but the service and attention was worth it. The technician was very courteous and professional. Thanks a lot guys!

I called Sunshine Plumbing because I was looking for a competent and fairly priced company to inspect a leak coming from one of my walls. After reading all the positive and negative reviews of all the plumbing companies and checking out all of their websites, I felt the most comfortable calling this company. I expected this to be a costly repair and I wanted to make sure I did my homework. I called and spoke with a very nice lady. She scheduled someone to go out to my home the next day. The gentleman came out and after inspecting the leak, he said that he felt it was extremely unlikely that it was coming from inside my wall and felt that there was a strong possibility that it was coming from my sprinklers. We took his advise and shut off the sprinklers for a couple weeks and it turns out that he was correct. He did not charge us for the visit and I am sure that he could have come up with some type of "inspection" to sell us. It is so refreshing to find honest business people with integrity. I have now programmed their number into my phone and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

We were very relieved that Sunshine Plumbing was almost immediately available. The two workers were very helpful, polite, and professional. They made us feel confident that the job had been done properly; they checked the pipe several times after they finished replacing it and before they left. They did all that we asked, and to our relief completed the work very quickly. Also, they cleaned up the area after their work. They knew what they were doing! In addition, Robert answered other questions we had about other plumbing issues in our home. We would highly recommend this plumbing service.

Everything went GREAT! Robert, the plumber, was very friendly & professional. He worked quickly and most efficiently. We have used Sunshine Plumbing in the past & we will keep using them for all of our plumbing needs.

Terribly. I called once and left a message. I never received a return call. I called a second time and spoke with Monique. She told me she would get back to me. She never called me back. Worst customer service possible.

I live in a mobile home and the pipes have been obsolete (actually outlawed) since the 80's. The plumber arrived quickly and I admit this is a nasty job as he had to crawl under the mobile home to get to the leak. I did provide him with a tarp so he wouldn't get too dirty. Per the work order "broken pipe close to the fitting. remolded the old fitting and installed a new piece of pipe, new fitting. for a new connection. test it no leaks". The plumber had to leave to get a part ...came back....fixed problem.....waited 40 minutes for cement to dry......everything was ok and we paid 450.00 (500.00 minus 10% discount per website) 8 hours later pipe burst again. I called dispatch and made appointment for first thing in the morning. Monday morning same plumber arrived and advised same pipe broke in a different spot and again left for a part. I'm not sure what part he kept leaving for? The plumber fixed leak and charged us 150.00. From what I can tell, the plumber patched as opposed to replaced the obsolete pipe. My husband asked him to give us an estimate to replace all the pipes in the home. He said he would talk to the boss and have someone get back yo us.......no response. I sent an online contact form stating my dissatisfaction and again, no response. Update: The owner of the company did contact me and apologized for not responding to the online contact form in a timely manner as he was not aware that an online form was submitted due to an unknown issue with the website. He also acknowledged that he did receive our request for an estimate, but at the time was handling multiple issues, and regrettably the request "fell through the cracks". However, he did come out this Saturday morning and personally inspected the work performed by his technician and explained that the work was performed according to spec, but the technician did not properly explain the repairs performed, which resulted in unnecessary confusion and frustration. He did provide an estimate as requested, and advised that going forward he will work with his guys on better communication to the customer of the repairs to be performed so as to avoid this type of scenario in the future. We totally appreciate the personal attention given to our dissatisfaction, as well as the full explanation as to the repairs performed, as it truly was a repair and not a patch job as initially suspected. He made things right and we are now satisfied with the service.

After reading many reviews on Angie's List for a number of providers I called Sunshine Plumbing at 8:30am and explained that I needed the whole house shutoff replaced and an outdoor spigot. A live person answered the phone and said they would be out within an hour to give me my free estimate. An hour later Rick and Ted arrived in a company truck. We settled on a price and I hired them on the spot to complete the work. They completed the work in about 40 minutes and looked at another minor issue which Rick said can be rectified when at some point I change out the water heater. They were friendly, personable and professional and I was glad I had them do the work. All this being said they were not the first plumber I called but they did answer the phone. Other providers, also on Angie's List that I called and left messages at two days ago have still not called me back.

He was punctual, the price was very fair, and he seemed very knowledgeable.

They came out at 11:00 at night. The gentleman stayed until he knew that everything was running fine and he was not in a hurry to do a mediocre job.We did pay a little pay a little extra to have them come out on off hours, about $125 extra.

Sunshine Plumbing came out in Mid August of 2014 to help us find a leak that caused damage to our laminate flooring. It turns out the leak was coming from our refrigerator ice maker. The leak was not visible from the front of the refrigerator. They also referred us to Home Angles. They are a one stop mitigation and contractor company that helped us with mitigating and repairing our floors. Sunshine plumbing also came out in Early December of 2014 to replace the water line to the refrigerator. In both cases above Sunshine Plumbing was very responsive and did an excellent job.

We knew where the one of coming from, but noticed there was another leak on the backside that was causing alot of damage. They had to call in their boss to come in and look for the secondary leak. Unfortunately, they had to put some holes in the drywall trying to find the leak, which I understand because there are pipes behind the drywall. Once the owner found the leak, he fixed it. The owner was great, he was very courteous and cared about how I felt.

Guys were good. Got it fixed and guided us to contact a restoration company as the leak had created mold inside the wall.

Work went as scheduled without delay. This started as a visit in correct a blockage in the back bathroom. After this repair Eric recommended that the entire system be replaced due to age and condition. All of the recommendations and observations were verified and found to be correct. Sunshine plumbing did an excellent job inside the house and out. All of the plumbers were very professional and courteous and treated my wife and sons with nothing but respect. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

Sunshine Plumbing was a costly and a bad experience. I called requesting if they could kindly replace the yellow with another color she never called back. I will never call them back. I know plumbing is costly but kindness is not.

Went well. Removal and replacement of garbage disposal beneath kitchen sink routine job. In master bathroom, cut out and removed portion of drywall after hearing what technician described as "abnormally loud" draining of water once adjacent sink had been plunged clear. Saw evidence of water at base of tiled wall on other side (in shower stall) of drywall. Technician was concerned that abnormally loud draining could be a leak from a pipe. He was not able to visualize or locate any such leak after inspection inside wall (which was limited due to physical layout). Stated I would have to be responsible for drywall repair, but he did explain that ahead of time when asking permission to conduct said inspection.

They were nice but a little pricey.

He did the inside of the toilet tank. He was on time explain everything & was very reasonably priced. I asked for his card & will call him again.

On May 23, 2014 I noticed a small stain on my tiles near my dining room/kitchen area which expanded to the surrounding cabinet area a day later. I asked friends for plumber recommendations, fearing a leak, and was referred to Sunshine Plumbing. I am a law enforcement officer and am very skeptical about anyone coming to my house to do repair work. The friend who referred me to Sunshine Plumbing is also in law enforcement, so I decided to give them a shot. Robert came out and immediately realized that my refrigerator water line was leaking into my walls. He used a leak detection device and found that the water saturation levels in the drywall was about 4 feet high. He repaired the issue and recommended another company that deals with water remediation, mold, insurance mitigation and remodels. He called the owner of Home Angels by NeoForm on my behalf and they responded immediately. From that point on, they took care of the water damage, mold, insurance mitigation and my kitchen remodel (see Home Angels by NeoForm Anglies List review by me on October 8, 2014). That company was also a great experience! Robert was so nice, friendly and understanding and I really appreciated the recommendation, because I would have been lost completely. The next day, my faucet water line broke in half, because it was plastic and wore over time. I couldn't believe I had to deal with another issue. I called Sunshine Plumbing again and asked that Robert come out again to put in a new faucet. I couldn't be there for the repair, so I asked my father to come out and be my back up. He stayed during the replacement, and oversaw everything that Robert did. Robert put in the new faucet and soap dispenser, which was very reasonably priced. I had another Plumbing company at my house that same year that charged me an arm and a leg for two simple jobs, but I had an immediate need to do the repairs, so I was at their mercy. I have performed these type of simple plumbing jobs myself, but at the time wasn't able to make time for the repairs. So when someone comes to my house to do simple plumbing tasks, I know if they are doing it right and overcharging for their services. That other company way overcharged and took advantage of me because I wasn't there during the process, and I will never hire them again. That is why I was more selective when this repair came about. My dad called me several times during the install to ask me questions and gave me blow by blow details of the progress. He told me how much he liked Robert and felt that he was very good at his job. The job was done right and at a good price. After that, my father had a faucet that was only usable in one position, and his birthday was approaching, so I called Sunshine and asked that they send Robert out to my father's house to install a new faucet. I told my dad, who never lets anyone do any repairs in his house, that I was going to send Robert out to his house to install a new faucet so he wouldn't have to, and he didn't even flinch. He told me he would only allow that birthday present if Robert was in fact the person who came out. Robert did the install, which had some difficulties due to where the shut off valve was, and it worked out just great! Made my dad happy, and he now has a new faucet he can used without having to do the repair himself. The water remediation company, Home Angels by NeoForm used Sunshine Plumbing as their subcontractor for their projects in Broward County and they participated in my remodel phase after my water damage. Loved the plumber who came out too, I think his name was Mike, but I may be mistaken. Either way, Sunshine is a great company, great employees from what I have experienced, and reasonably priced.

Excellent service! Repairs were done same day that I called and were alot less expensive than I expected. Repair man was knowledgable and friendly. He even honored my Angie's list coupon even though I had misplaced it! I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.

I called Sunshine Plumbing and luckily they were able to put me on the schedule for the very same day. They called when the tech was on his way. Robert arrived shortly thereafter, and listened to all of my issues. Although they were all minor annoyances, he went through each one and explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. He retrieved additonal parts for the Kohler toilets so they would work at peak performance. I had purchased a new trim kit for the downstairs shower, but after removing the old kit, it was discovered that it would not fit. Robert showed me how to remove the old trim kit and drew a template so the tile could be trimmed to size. A big help! Robert was very knowledgeable and patient. I always ask a lot of questions and he always had an answer without hesitation. He came and went with enthusiasm! My first experience with Sunshine Plumbing was one that I will pass on to my neighbors!

I spoke with the office in the early am and they were able to send a plumber the same day in the afternoon. They showed up when they said they would. They had previously explained over the phone that they would give an estimate on the spot and if we liked it the work would be done immediately. If we did not like the estimate there would be no charge. The plumber reviewed everything that had to be down and gave a fair price. We told him to go ahead and it took him about 1.5 hours to complete the work. He left everything clean and in order. I would not hesitate to use them again.
