We had three minor issues to resolve 1) Bathroom vanity leaking hot water. Found out it was just a loose bolt 2) Second vanity sink stopper was not working and sink slow draining. Resolved 3) Shower faucet was dripping. New faucet equipment needed and resolved. I would highly, highly highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing. Price is a little higher on the hourly rate (about $30 or 25%) than what I was used to for our old plumber, but I will always pay more for great service and great customer service. did I mention they came out in same day, and 40 minutes from my call, and had great customer service both on the phone and when they showed up? :)

The service was excellent. Robert arrived less than 45 minutes after I called the company. (The only frustrating part was that I had to pay an emergency service fee because it was a Sunday, but it was my choice to have the problem corrected that day. I know too that an emergency fee is standard policy with all companies.) I would definitely use this company again. Very, very pleased with the work and professionalism.

We called sunshine plumbing because we discovered a leak coming from our garbage disposal. from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. The lady who took my call was extremely nice and very helpful. This call was made 2 day's before the Christmas holiday. she had a plumber at my house within 3 hours. Robert showed up and was friendly and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the leak. not only did he take care of the problem but he pointed out a pipe that was also having problems. He was able to take care of both problems. The work was completed in a timely manner and everything was kept very clean. I will definitely use this company for future plumbing issues. I had a leaking pipe in my wall. Called sunshine they showed up the same day. The techs were very professional. They have me an estimate and stuck to it. Repaired the problem perfectly. I will use them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

The main water drain in my house clogged they sent someone out within the hour. I highly recommend this company they have very fair pricing and get the job done quick. The person who came was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Even after the job was done he stayed to help us find the main water line which was buried. We are first time homeowners so finding a good company who you can trust long term is important.

Robert came out to give me a quote to replace a sink, install a small vanity and install a water cooler. He was on time, pleasant, polite and professional. Although he wasn't feeling well, he didn't rush and did a great job. He also made sure to explain and show me what I would need to do in the future to replace the filter for my water cooler. He went above my expectations. I was having rough day myself and although the quote was quite a bit higher than what I was expecting, Robert was honest and upfront with me about the costs, which I appreciated.

It went great. They came immediately to my home, after I discovered that my old water heater was leaking. Within a few short hours the problem was solved. The old water heater was taken away and a new heater was installed. They were able to replace the prior 40 gallon heater with a new 50 gallon heater. I would definitely use their services again.

Good, but still had a small leak that required a second visit to correct. Not a major issue. However I asked for help with kitchen faucet that does not swing freely and they declined because of fear of breaking faucet. Told me to buy a new one, which is OK, but the installation is not easy to do, because of location of connections, which I told them I wanted to avoid. Overall is good service, but how does somebody find help with difficult jobs?

Scheduling was good, same day service. Jeff was courteous and worked quickly and good quality. I rated him down because he failed to clean up after himself properly, both in the kitchen and bathrooms. Price was ok but a little on the high side. I probably would try another plumber next time.

Allen showed up on-time and was extremely professional. He assessed the problem and made suggestions within my budget. Work was completed in a timely fashion.

Didn't believe the leak was the shower pan, but discovered the leak was probably originating from the air handler located behind the unit. Access to handler was accessible behind air intake vent located in lower wall of living room. Filter was found to be totally clogged and water overflowing a drip pan. Floor was covered in water. Robert also discovered a broken exterior drip pipe and repaired that as well. He also recommended Neoform Construction Company to repair flooring, walls, and also mitigate for water damage. Called then and they were there the next day. Very pleased with their response, professionalism, and willingness to help get additional help in for the water damage..

Robert came right on time, he checked for leaks, found a faulty toilet and replaced it. He was courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I'm very pleased.

These guys are the best! Eric, the owner, answered my call the night before they arrived and set the appt himself. They arrived and immediately got to work looking for our leak. We had contacted another plumbing company (that is not listed on Angie's) who spent time knocking holes in our cement block to look for a leak instead of finding the leak and then making holes. Suffice it to say, not all "leak experts" are the same and most have no idea what they are doing including the ones who advertise themselves as experts with 30+ years of experience. Eric took his time with special equipt. to find the source of our leak and did not rush to punch any holes until he was certain. He was right on with his assessment and fortunately the slab leak was in our laundry room. Next, Robert, their plumber, explained what they would need to do to close off /repair the leak and re-route our plumbing. I insisted that Eric send Robert out to us the next day to do the work and he did so. The next day Robert arrived with Edgar. It took them 3 hours to find the pipe that was the source of the leak, cap it off, run a new pipe and clean up. They were polite, cordial, and educated us on ever step of the way. Instead of making unnecessary holes, like the first plumbing company, they made small ones only where they absolutely needed to. These guys were the nicest guys you could hope for when you were totally stressed out over your home being damaged. The bottom line is that not all plumbing companies are the same. Sunshine is among the best. I will definitely use them in the future. And I will ask for Robert and Edgar.

A recent home purchase had me in the processes of redoing floors and painting when one of the painters noticed water on the floor of a storage area that also housed the water heater. There did not seem to be a visible leak from the heater, but I called Erick at Sunshine Plumbing at 8:15 in the morning and spoke with him directly. By 10am they were at the house looking at the water heater and coming to the conclusion that it was old enough that it should be replaced, though they could not see the leak itself. When they pulled it out of it's tight crawl space, they found the entire back of the water heater was burst and therefore leaking. The slow rate of leak was due to the fact no one was using water in the house. Could have been a disaster and ruined thousands in hardwood floors. The story gets more interesting when a city inspector pulled up and wanted to see a permit. Erick went ahead and took care of the paperwork even to the point of coming back after installation to insure the inspector was satisfied. Overall, a good experience that averted a disaster - at a reasonable price.

cannot speak highly enough about Eric and the service he provided. I called on a Sunday and he answered the phone. I explained that I had a water leak and needed immediate help in finding it. He came the next morning and spent a couple of hours before finding the leak. He is the best!

I had a mystery leak in the storage room in my garage located adjacent to the utility room. I searched for a leak detector company and made an appointment with Sunshine Plumbing because their fee was $100 to $150 less than three other companies I talked to. Eric also said he could come the next morning, which he did, promptly as schedule.He determined that I had leaks in the window and outside wall of the storage room and recommended that I replace the window, patch the stucco cracks on the outside of my home, and remove all fiberboard shelving and carpeting in storage room. He also recommended that I patch all other cracks which have appeared over time in the stucco of my thirty-year-old home.

This is the second time I've used Sunshine Plumbing of S. FL and could not be more pleased. The first time we had a major leak in our home and Eric & his men were able to find it and fix with no problems. This time there was a leak in a fitting just outside the house and the plumber ERic sent arrived as promised and made short order of finding the problem and fixing it. He found the problem. gave me an estimate before starting any work and got some supplies and was back well with the time he said he would be and got right to work. Allen was efficient and polite and a good representative of this company. I will definitely use them for any plumbing problems and would highly recommend them .
