Description of Work: We had a four camera system as well as an alarm system installed in a recently rebuilt house. Service was professional and responsive so over-all very pleased with this investment and would recommend highly to friends and family in need of this service.

Description of Work: Repair of security system and replacement of 6 out of 13 cameras after a lightening strike. Pogo is very fair and knowledgeable. They really do a good job. However, they need to schedule their appointments more carefully. Sometimes they are late/delayed.

THEY MADE ME AWARE OF ALL THE ASPECTS OF THE EQUIPTMENT.THERE WAS NO RUSH ON BOTH OF THEM EXPLAINING TO US ON HOW TO USE THE ALARM AND THE SECURITY CAMERAS.THE QUALITY OF THE SECURITY CAMERAS WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY.THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIER SERVICE IS THAT THERE 24/7 FOR ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY ACCUR. NOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE,BUT A KNOWLEDGEABLE PROF. ELECTRONIC WIZ TO GET YOU THRU WHAT EVER PROBLEM YOU MIGHT HAVE.

I saw what they did at her house and they did the exact same thing at our house. I can see everything from work now and its added security to the alarm system that we already have.
