Description of Work: Bange roofing was highly recommended to us by a family member. Since they also had a favorable rating on Angie's List we decided to call them out when we discovered a small leak in the roof of our new house. Our initial experience with them was positive. Michael Bange came to check out the leak and recommended replacing some skylights, then re-coating the flat roof with special materials that have a five year warranty. We contacted them several weeks later with some questions about the quote they provided. The skylights they recommended using for replacement were very different than the ones that were originally installed. I asked if they could source skylights that were more like the orginal ones. At that point, the experience became negative. I never received a return call with the information I had requested. Because they were so highly recommended I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I persisted in following up with them. I spoke to Michael three times over the course of several weeks, and each time he said he would call me back. He never did. He requested that I email him, which I did, but he never emailed me back. I called the main office and finally spoke to someone who vaguely recalled helping Michael look up the information I had requested and he told me those types of skylights were too expensive. At that time we also developed a more significant leak in our roof, and I requested that they come take a look. Again, I was told they would call, but they never did.

Description of Work: These guys are great. There sales team is very professional as are their laborers. They sent in a SWAT team that took all the shingles on my roof down and fixed all the huge holes,papered, and replaced my eaves in a couple of hours. They threw down so many tarps that there was not one nail,shingle piece, or piece of wood anywhere on the floor or driveway when they left. They respected my property and my time. After the month that it took the city to inspect (the city is horrible) they came in the very next day and re-shingled my roof in a couple of hours and the same rep that sold me the roof came to do a final walk through and take final payment only after I gave him the thumbs up I would work with these guys again in a heart beat.

+ 0 moreEverything went great start to finish. A representative named Gary Chester came to my house and explained a few roof systems. Gave me a fair price and away we went. The crew that showed up was very courteous and clean. They put tarps under their dump trucks to protect my driveway. The first day is loud inside the house so I would recommend not being home. During the entire process which took about 10 days with the inspections from the city, I really couldn't tell my roof was being done. The yard was always clean and each night they brought their trucks back to their yard even though I told them they could leave their trucks there if they wanted to. The bottom line is that I couldn't be happier with my new and incredibly beautiful standing seam roof. I wouldn't use anyone else to do roofing or install gutters for me.
Description of Work: Install new standing seam metal roof on my home. Included complete removal of my old tile roof. They replaced all the rotted fascia and plywood in the roof like they were cabinet makers. They also removed my old gutters and replaced them with new ones during the process.

Description of Work: They installed a flat roof on 1000 square foot of our home which is a 7000 square foot home. They first took off the old roof and they did remove it from our property.

I have had no problems, whatsoever with the new roof. I think that they deserve a very high rating because they do their job well.
Description of Work: This company replaced the shingles on the roof of my home. The area of the home is 1200 square feet and the whole work took around 3 days. They cleaned everything after they finished the project.

I was referred to Paul Bange Roofing, they came out and gave an estimate right away and fixed my roof. I did feel like they were a little high$$ but I needed the work down right away!!
