They provided a professional and timely estimate. They've been very open with the estimate process.

My experience with this roofer was terrible. Long story short. I had fascia damage and had a roofing company come out to do an estimate. They advised I should contact the roof installer because it was likely they didn't install something correctly because the roof looked fairly new (turns out it's around 10 years old, I'm the second owner) and there is a leak making the fascia rot. Paul Bange Roofing came out and I had the worst experience. They completely denied any liability, told me the warranty doesn't transfer, and didn't even ask to go up on the roof to see if what the other roofer thought was happening was likely. It was a complete joke. I asked if this was how they did business and received a condescending reply akin to "I can't just do a dance and make it better". Asked why doesn't Paul Bange Roofing stand by their work and received the run around. Was even told to go with another company because their estimate was going to be better than Paul Bange Roofing's. Hired another company to fix the issue. They took pictures for me and said yes, the damage was caused by a leak due to an incorrect installation of the drip edge (I believe this is what it was called). For the record, I wasn't expecting a miracle. I just wanted them to go up and assess the situation honestly and if it was their fault, we could have probably worked something out. Instead it was a complete disaster. Just be forewarned, they don't appear to stand by their work. At All.

Paul's roof crew just completed a job for me at my elderly parents' home in Miami Shores. During the job, the crew left the underground septic tank broken to pieces when throwing debris on the ground. When we brought this issue to the company's attention, Paul the owner, called us specifically to say he would sue us if we didn't finalize the balance immediately. This company lacks Empathy.

I made an appointment for 9 - 10 on a Monday and was told the representative would call when on the way. My doorbell rang just before 9 with no advance call. Before I could say anything, the rep said, "we don't do these roofs". he said I had some neo-some kind of tile work inside my home and they would have to build up a plywood deck and they don't do that. I explained that the plywood deck had been done 15 years ago when we replaced the roof. He said, "Oh, well we don't do this kind of work." Wirth that, he left. I would not use Paul Bange now if they offered to replace my roof for a dollar! Totally unprofessional and unpleasant.

On January 12, 2018 we entered into a contract to have a flat roof repaired at our home located at xxx Street in Wilton Manors with Paul Bange Roofing . As your company came highly recommended within the community, we were looking forward to working with you. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was inadequate from the time after we entered into contract. There was no communication either written or verbal from the company to us, the homeowners, as to the status of our project. Considering the project began 6 weeks after what the contract had stated. It was a continual follow up on our, the homeowners, end to get information as to what was happening . Once the project did begin on Tuesday, May 1, the crew that came to our site were courteous and professional. At the completion of the first day, one of the workers stated that someone would be back tomorrow to complete a few tasks, to which materials were visibly left around the site, i.e buckets, ladders, tape measures, etc. The following day came and went, to which no one came back. A phone call was made toward the end of business day to the office on Wednesday May 2, to which they were not privy to what was supposed to happen at our site. Was informed that someone would be by tomorrow. On Thursday, May 3 certain items were removed, and a ladder was secured to our roof. At the end of business day on Friday, May 4 the ladder is still secured to the roof and no one has contacted us with an update. After speaking with xxx, she stated that the roof had failed inspection and was reschedule for inspection some time the following week. It was expressed that we, the homeowners, were unhappy with the lack of communication that we had been receiving throughout the entire project. Especially as the weekend had forecast high winds and we were concerned with the ladder becoming detached and a possible projectile. As we took the ladder down for the weekend, we requested to have a phone call when the inspection was scheduled as we would be glad to put the ladder back up. Which xxx did communicate with us as to when the inspection was scheduled to happen. On Tuesday, May 17 an urgent phone call was received from xxxx who was requesting payment immediately. It was expressed that we, the homeowners, had not received a final invoice from Paul Bange Roofing, did not know how much was owed, and would be happy to provide a credit card for payment once an invoice was received via email. Michael agreed to email me the following day and to send it over via text message that afternoon as well. On Wednesday, May 18 there are three missed calls from your office in the early morning within 10 minutes of each other for verification for our email address to send the invoice. (This was provided with your contract which we signed and returned .) Then xxx left an urgent voicemail again stating how he “needed payment from us ASAP.” Within two and a half hours another message was left that he “knocked on our door” and guessed we were not home. A conversation was had the previous day that we would be glad to pay once an invoice has been received. Which is a normal business practice . Then to be continually harassed then coming to our house is unacceptable. Once I returned xxxx phone call and expressed our discontent a credit card was provide to him over the phone. However, is it in your normal business practices to copy customer credit card information over the phone while in a vehicle and not in a secured office? For a company with roughly 30 years in our community we were expecting a higher level of customer service and are beyond disappointed with Paul Bange Roofing. The only positive so far is that our roof is not leaking after the recent heavy rains . We suggest that your customer service match the quality of your product. Unfortunately, at this time we do not plan to use Paul Bange Roofing in the future or recommend your services.

Once we signed our contract these guys went lickety split. Longest part of process was waiting for permit. And honestly if my roof didn't change color from time I left for work in the morning to the time I got home, I would never know they had been there. No mess around the house and the roof was great. Irma came thru about 3 weeks later... never had to worry about the roof. Thanks Paul Bange!

Kevin showed up on time to look at my roof. I was told I would have an emailed quote for the repairs within a few hours. 8 days later, 3 phone calls to the company still have not received my estimate. A total waste of my time and unprofessional. Disappointing, they had replaced an entire roof at another one of my properties years ago, I will no longer use them for any of my properties.

Had an appointment scheduled for this past Monday from 1-2:30pm. Nobody showed during that time. Went as far as calling them to get a reschedule, and they said someone would be there before end of day. Needless to say no one showed. Better companies out there that want the work.

Everything was excellent, they did a good job and did it quickly.

Representative walked in and without looking at anything said I needed a complete new roof. I stated the roof was less than 10 years and tile roof did not need replacement. He said he was running late for his daughter's graduation and would return the following morning between 9 and 10 a.m. Never saw or heard again.

Excellent crew, on time very professional and moved quickly all work was preformed as requested and lots of attention to details, I had a few requests on a follow up and they completed them perfectly. this is a top notch company and I would recommend to anyone.

Very good customer service & job well done on time for the price quoted. Not the cheapest estimate, but worth it.

They were courteous, helpful and went above an beyond. I was satisfied with them. The sales representative Kathy went out of her way to assist with setting up financing I was satisfied with all of the employees.

They were super friendly! They made me aware of a government program that is available to homeowners which can assist with roofing projects. However, they just weren't able to help due to the type of roof we have. We would love to do business with them in the future!

They did a great job. The estimate was really reasonable. Since they fixed it I have had no leaks. I was so happy with the service. They finished when they said they were going to, and were always on time. They were marvelous. There was also at least one person there that spoke English.

They would not honor an executed contract agreement. Said that they made a mistake.

Did not honor signed agreement. Said contracts have to be reviewed by office. Salesman had no authority to agree to price.

The quotes given by the salesman did not include removing and replacing the solar panel so eventually I did not use the company to replace my roof.

The work went well. The Florida room roof is still leak free. However, the adjoining roof over the carport opened up from within and now has a gapping hole clean thru. Water from the Florida room repair is seeping under the carport roof. It now needs replacing. When I called Paul Bange roofing back to examine the carport, they looked and wanted nothing to do with the job, saying that the carport roof was "an illegal job anyway." The Miami Shores roofing inspector passed the Paul Bange roof job in his final inspection and stood on the carport roof, never mentioning it as being"illegal." So now we are stuck with having to get a second roof repair for a roof that was perfectly leak free prior to the Paul Bange job. John Kennedy was our Project Manager and offered no assistance.

Wonderful. Good service, good work men. Good company. I shopped for three, what they had to offer and when they could come out they were by far the best.

My husband and I are in the process of re-roofing our home. We called 5 different contractors to come out and look at our roof and provide a proposal. Paul Bange roofing was the first contractor that came out. They quoted us a price of $32k, which nearly gave us both a heart attack. After the remaining roofers came out and quoted us a much lower price, we noticed on the proposals that Paul Bange had over measured our roof by 15%. They also told us a 5 year warranty was standard, and it isn't. This is the most unprofessional company we've dealt with in the past year, as we've been fixing our home. Needless to say we have selected another roofer as we have absolutely zero trust in this organization after being lied to several times during the beginning phase of this process.

Worked over 8 hours the first day completely removing old roof and installing first layer. Once inspection was completed we had a long wait due to several days of rain, but when I went by the office to make a payment, they were very friendly and even said they would try to move us up on their schedule. They explained their backlog which I could obviously see on their wall. They did move us up and installed the tiles in one day - what a beautiful job. Many of our neighbors have commented on the roof. Their representative, Fred, was so friendly and went beyond customer service to help us understand what was going to happen, etc. This was the second roof for Paul Bange to install. Unfortunately, for them, this one will last well beyond my life span! Great company to work with.

He got on the roof and looked around showed me the week points of the roof, and suggested that we change the whole roof. Then wrote up a quote right on the spot very professional.
