Description of Work: A no-show! When I called to see if they were just late, there response was that the person I made the appointment with was out sick. "I can't believe this" & "This is terrible" was the only apology I received. Then they asked if I wanted to reschedule!

Description of Work: I called to get a quote on getting a new shower faucet put in. They said that there was a $59 fee just for the person to give an estimate. That's absurd. Their job, as the supplier, is to win my business, as the consumer, from estimate to final product. If this company stood behind their product, a estimate fee wouldn't be required.

Description of Work: Alfred Valdes came in promptly and fixed the toilet, installed a garbage disposal, and installed a shower head. He also reversed a sink trap that had been installed. Incorrectly. I was quite satisfied with the level of service, and his competence.

Description of Work: GREAT job by Joe Hillman's team. VERY professional and very prompt. We live in the UK but rent out our home in Florida and were unsure of who to use when we needed to replace the 3 toilets and kitchen faucet. Joe's team did a fantastic job and made our tenants VERY happy as well! I will most certainly use them again in the future.
