faucet did not have waterflow
Description of Work: Horrible. I was told 3 separate responses from the team. 1. From the technician who went by, he said the faucet head was not working and I needed to change it. Wanted to Charge me $200 for that. When I called the company to question the price in exchange for no work that was done. The front desk had told me 2. That the technician had been there and performed a full inspection including taking apart the faucet. Which I found to be odd since the tenant was in the apartment and told me he only worked below the where the under mount of the sink was and nothing above. After confronting the manager who told me 3. He had actually cleaned the pipes, I decided to at least pay them for their work. We settled on a $150 charge which I thought was fair if the technician really cleaned the debris in the pipe. I was told I needed a new faucet and once I purchase it they will install it. Instead of calling someone else I decided to give them a chance since they gave me the discount. I thought it’s only fair... when I called to make an appointment I was told theirs schedule was “full” and they did not want to do work in Miami-Dade. Which was where the apartment was located. Sorry not sorry, I’m officially writing this company off. Do not work with them.

We guarantee all of our work and will always be there when needed. We charge flat rates, so weather the tech is there for 3hrs or 30 mins the price will stay the same. I'm surprised to here about Tony our tech, he generally gets rave reviews on his professionalism, punctuality, quality etc. Can you elaborate more on the grades you gave us so we can improve on future calls. Work not done.
Description of Work: I was given a price of $1,700 to replace my water heater. I had replaced this water heater previously and never paid more than $700 to do it. I have already contracted with another plumber to have it replaced for $900. Joe Hillman's work and service has always been good; however, they need to come down to earth on their prices.

Appointment to be scheduled soon.
Description of Work: I will need some plumbing work in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. Due to personal conflicts with family illness, have not been able to set up an appointment.
