Description of Work: During a recent insurance inspection, the inspector said our water heater was in need of replacement. The next day, Angie's List had a Big Deal for a water heater replacement for $650, which seemed like a godsend. Immediately, we made the purchase. We were contacted within 24 hours and were scheduled for the next week. The technician arrived exactly on time; he was exceptionally nice and extremely professional. He worked diligently, and we barely knew he was there. He even removed some old piping that had previously been connected to an AC heat recovery unit without an additional charge. Upon completion of the job, the area looked immaculate -- even cleaner than when he started the job. That evening, we received a telephone call from the company asking if we were satisfied. This is a company that really cares about customer service and delivers on that promise. I highly recommend to other Angie's List users.

Description of Work: My water heater sprung a leak and I found this company through an Angie's List Big Deal. I bought it and requested that the replacement of my 9-year-old water heater be done as soon as possible. I got an email almost immediately asking if the next morning was ok. It was, and David showed up at 9 am, removed the old heater and installed the new one. By a little after 10, David had hauled out the old heater, everything was cleaned up and water was heating in the new unit. Since I was using the prepaid "Deal, he had to call the office to find out how to handle it, but five minutes on the phone and we were all set! I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: They communicated well, set up appointment to replace a 40 gallon hot water heater and they showed up and did a great job. They communicated re arrival time the day of the service and the plumber was very easy to deal with. He even left his cell number in case there was a problem. I would call them without concern for plumbing issues with my condo.

A personable professional plumber came to the house on time and performed the installation in a timely manner with no issues. |I would definitely use Joe Hillman again if I need a plumber in the future.

Description of Work: Unfortunately I don't recall the last time that we used Joe Hillman services. We use them for all of our plumbing needs and are always quite happy with their service. We have recommended them to family and friends and they use them exclusively also. Their workers are always on time, complete the job in a timely manner while maintaining a professional demeanor.
