Description of Work: This company was called to come for services at a rental home of mine. We needed immediate services and when the call was made, we indicated that fact and told the company that we had personally been recommended to them by an Angie's List representative. We were asked what the problem was and we told this plumbing company that it was drain problems in two showers where water was being backed up and coming to the surface of the shower stalls. The first thing we were told was that there may not be any plumbers available to assist the very same day; but then, when we were put on hold, the person returned on the call to state that a plumber could go out. Without looking at the job and what was needed, the company immediately asked for a credit card over the phone for the amount of $185 before they would go to the home to perform the labor! We have never been asked a credit card number "cart blanche" over the phone before a job would be performed by a company. We would not know what the end amount would be and we do not pay for the job before it is done! We were surprised at their unprofessionalism. We went on to call another company (not on Angie's List) that came to the home, performed the job satisfactorily for our tenants, and sent us an invoice. That is the right company to have in plumbing; and, by the way, it only cost us $152.75! What a difference over giving a credit card of $185.00 up front with NO services done!!!

Description of Work: They replaced some plumbing for me on more than one occasion. They are prompt, depenable and stand by thier work. I use them when ever I need anything to do with plumbing.

Description of Work: Had a new toilet installed. Ganz had to order the toilet and when it came in, they sent a plumber out right away and in less than an hour, it was installed and everything was perfect.
