Not well at all. Waited 2 days for an appointment. My husband stayed home from the office for it. They called to say they had to cancel it. Not much effort to reschedule. Was also told plumbers only work until 4 pm. 👎🏻

Called GANZ about a 2 inch PVC pipe (for sink venting) between the 1st and 2nd floor dripping water when raining. * Tech came and examined all other possibilities such as toilets and roofs. Then cut drywall to examine further. * Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested. * Tech was punctual, polite, and clean.

Ganz was easy to work with, professional and did a great job quoting what we needed and installing the water heater. A week in and everything works great. I will use them again if I need any plumbing work done and recommend them highly.

Cory was wonderful. Ganz never fails to be wonderful. I now say, "Ganz is my Plumber". They never disappoint. I have had them out more than once.

Kevin from Ganz Plumbing was awesome! He got the job done in 30 minutes so we didn't have to pay for any extra time and he had all the parts necessary. I would absolutely hire Ganz again!

The faucet had such a bad drip that it was no longer dripping but running constantly at a low level. Due to health emergencies it was an issue we ignored too long. Kevin came and was able to change all the washers in a short amount of time. We were very grateful.

Each time, the plumber came out---(first time, Allan, second time was Juan)---both on time and both very friendly and professional. They located the issues quickly, explained to me what needed to be done and then, they proceeded to do them, efficiently and knowledgeably. In Juan's case, he had to cut away the back of my cabinets underneath my kitchen sink in order to locate where the water was coming from. He cut away the cracked copper pipe and replaced it. The whole thing took less time than I had figured on, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, while he was here, I mentioned to Juan that my bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. He looked at it, fiddled with something underneath the sink, popped the drain out and then back in and it's been draining perfectly ever since. It took him less than two minutes to do that. The price was very reasonable, too, much less than I had anticipated. They are honest and fair. I can understand why they've been in business in South Florida for so long. I have told family and friends about them, as well. Sooner or later, everyone will need an excellent plumber. I've found mine. (The price I'm quoting is from the second job, since it was more involved.)

From our first call to Rosemary to the services performed by Kevin, we received the finest attention and workmanship possible. Ganz is without a doubt a fine professional organization.

The service was excellent! The service repair man (Kevin) was on time and explained everything he did along the way. The previous flange was cracked and caused major water damage. Kevin replaced the flange with a new one, made sure the toilet was set level, replaced the caulk neatly, and cleaned everything up after he was done. While waiting for the toilet to set he installed the new faucet which looks great. He double checked for leaks in both the bathroom and kitchen to make sure everything was ok. all work was very neat and clean. Work was completed in about 2 hours. Extremely happy. Will probably consider using them again when I remodel.

Easy appointment set up. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Work was done in a very professional manner and I am very happy with the results. They came back a few days later to remedy a small issue, no questions asked and I was not charged. Great company, great people, great experience!

Allen arrived early and started right in on the work. He replaced the water heater first and then replaced the faucets in the back.He was very professional but personable as well. His estimated time to finish the job was spot on. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all my questions.Allen cleaned up when he was done and you would not even know he was there. I even had a couple of questions the next day and he took my call. He was very patient and took the time to clarify all my concerns. This is the second time I have used them and I am definitely going to use them again. Everyone at Ganz Plumbing are very pleasant to deal with.

The plumber arrived on time and had all the equipment that he needed to TV through the wall to find the leak. He explained in detail what was wrong and what he had to do to fix our leak. He worked in a very tight place with a minimum of disturbance to the cabinet and the tiled wall behind the cabinet. He showed me pictures of what he found and how he repaired it including all the in-between pictures of the broken pipe and corroded joints. Within 3-hrs everything was fixed and cleaned up including the testing and back of the cabinet repaired. The plumber, Kevin was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. What a wonderful plumbing company. We have used them for years and will continue using them to assure quality work. We highly recommend them to anyone. Our home was built in 1958 and they know just what to do to keep it in tip top shape for years to come. Thank you Ganz!

Kevin arrived on time to look at the problem in the master bathroom. He was professional but down to earth. After examining the situation Kevin explained what the problem was. He took the time to answer all my questions and his explainations were very clear and concise. The repairs took about an hour and he cleaned up after he was finished. He went thru everything showing me what he had done and even made a couple of suggestions which I greatly appreciated. I have put them in my cell phone and added them to my favorites on the computer.

We were pleased that Rosemary told us in advance what to expect for pricing. We found Kevin to be competent and polite. We will definitely call on Ganz again for future plumbing needs.

Everything went perfectly. My home was treated with great respect. A work cloth was put down and he cleaned up every bit of dust created. His workmanship was very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing.
