The receptionist was nice and patient when asking questions. I had to reschedule the appointment and she was understanding. The office closes early and is not open on weekends.

I called Ganz and the dispatcher was able to get someone to come to the house in just a few hours. They earn a lot of credit for being able to come so quickly. The plumber showed up to the house, diagnosed the problem and cleared it quickly. The price was as quoted over the phone -- the dispatcher said that if it was a clog, then they would charge about $200 for the first hour. It turned out to be that and that is what they charged. I think $200 is a little high for the short amount of work they had to do but the speed of service was probably worth it.

We could not imagine how Gantz plumbing could have done a better job! Having called and been given a verbal estimate, an appointment was made for the following morning. Gantz called first thing in the morning, 30 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm our technician was on his way. Mathew from Gantz arrived on time, reviewed the job, to remove our faulty faucet set and install the new Delta set, and promptly got to work. Mathew was completely professional, polite, and tidy. As he was performing the removal/installation and issues occurred due to the age and poor installation of the original items, Mathew brought them to our attention, discussed options and agreed ways to overcome. Mathew took the time and trouble to make a great job of cleaning and preparing our granite worktop prior to installing the new faucets such that the final installation looked perfect! The work that was carried out was thorough, neat and tidy and exactly to the budget figure quoted. We cannot praise highly enough the service and work carried out by this company. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled plumbing company that provide excellent service on budget on time - Look no further!

Excellent. Contractor arrived on time, diagnosed the problems quickly, had all the necessary parts and tools on his truck and worked quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of the work... and I have had plenty of bad plumbing experiences in the past with other companies.

Called them and set up an appointment. The office called and let me know that Matt was on his way. He arrived on time and started the work immediately. Matt was very professional and thorough. He cleaned up each area after he was done. He explained the billed and all the costs. I will definitely use them again.

On 7/9/12 I called Ganz Plumbing Co. (after searching Angies list). I had discovered I had a leak behind the wall in my kitchen. Matthew the plumber came to my house around noon. He was courteous and responsive to all my questions and concerns. He found the leak and replaced the pipe and even made some suggestions that I didnt think of. He was very professional in the work he performed. He not only did an excellent job on the pipe in the kitchen, my wife asked him if he could take a look at the problem we were having with the sink in the bathroom and he did. This extra work was not apart of the contract but he went out of his way and showed interest in my wifes concerns. Although he wasnt able to fix that problem he told us what exactly needed to be done first. As a result I would strongly recommend this company to others for having such a dedicated and friendly plumber who cares.

I found Ganz very professional from start to finish.. Ours was a small job, just to replace a wax ring under a toilet. The receptionist was very nice, and helpful.. calling before the visit to confirm. The gentleman who came out was prompt, inspected the area and got right to work.. Really no complaints at all.. I think it took a little over 1/2 hour, maybe 40 mins to do.. a new Wax ring and insert was installed and the total was about 120bucks..probably fair, but maybe just a tad more than a handyman's price. We thought the overall experience was really good though and wouldn't hesitate to call Ganz again.

It was a great experience (other than the flooded bathroom). Brad from Ganz arrived shortly after we called with the emergency flood. He fixed the pipe very quickly and was very nice.

They did a very good job. All the kits seemed to be working well after they rebuilt them but one of them continued to run on. It was running on and was leaking before all this started and I had turned it off. They had to come out a couple of times to fix it and I had a really big water bill after that, and I think it was largely from the one that was running. They came out and took care of it. There was a leak in the hot water pipe in the slab and they used a leak detector to discover where the leak was. They cut a hole there and ran a copper pipe over the top in the ceiling and down to where the hot water comes into the kitchen. The price was a little more than what I thought it might be but I think that they did a good job.

Everything went well as Ganz did a very professional job. I would recommend that other Angie's List members use them as they did quality work, on time and for a respectable price.

We were replacing the vanities in two bathrooms in our 1950's home. The angle/emergency stops were either leaky or had broken handles or both. In the case of one bathroom the pipes needed to be extended to accommodate the new vanity cabinet. After calls to a few other plumbers, with disappointing results and outrageous estimates, Rosemary at Ganz was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and even offered an estimate based on some photos of the pipes I emailed to her. An appointment was made for the next day and Brian came to the house on time. He was pleasant to deal with and did the work quickly and neatly without trying to sell us a $4000 water purification system like another company we called. We would happily call them again for any plumbing needs.

The repair went well and we were very happy with the service we received. This is the second time we have used Ganz plumbing. We got their name off of Angie's list and would not hesitate to refer them to others.

Overall, the job went very well. They came out when they said they would. They were friendly, professional and on time. Everything went very smoothly.

I had planned to install new faucets, myself, but I noticed leaking valves under the sinks, so I called the plumber. Initially, I thought that leaking wall valves to the waterline needed to be replaced. The plumber, instead of replacing them, was able to merely tighten one and replace the other, which was a savings. The new faucets were then installed with no problems.

They were minor fixes but you never know when they can turn into big problems. The experiences were pleasantly painless.

Plumber advised that the kitchen faucet was under warranty and helped us obtain the part at no cost. They were prompt, expert and reasonably priced.

It went well I called explained the problem could have had an appointment the next day but would not have gotten a solid time frame unless I got 1st appointment which was the day after next. At 9:05am plumber was here (window 9 - 930) he was nice and went straight to work. He had to brake the foundation to trace the problem. He found two holes in the pipe before it led into the kitchen under the cabinets. He had to confer with his boss as I conferred with my insurance. The next day the boss Bill came out to take a look and recommended video to see how far the problem is before digging any further. 2 days later the camera guy and Brian returned to find out where the problem ended. That took about an hour. From there a plan was made not to disturb the kitchen and to plumb around the bad pipe. Day 1 show time is between 830 and 930 crew was here at 825. It was loud but neat. worked until 330 and took a 45 minute lunch break. The second day is the same. It is 1100 and they are cleaning up.

Coming home from Lowe's with the new faucet kit, I had visions of the forthcoming fat, smelly plumber with his butt-crack hanging out, telling me this wasn't compatible, or that was missing, or he'd need to go get something due to some form of non-standardness, or some other form of grief that would be inconvenient, expensive, or both. Bryan, however showed up at the early end of the window I had been promised; well-dressed, well-mannered, and hygenic; and went right to work. I reiterated what I wanted done, and he concurred that was exactly what was on his work ticket. I went to work on my computer in the other room, expecting to hear banging and clanking and other disruptive noise, but got none. A short time later, I got up to get something from the refrigerator, went to observe Bryan's progress, not wanting to interrupt, delay, or be a pain-in-the-a**. Boy was done. He was putting the old faucet in the box and asked where should he put this. He demonstrated the new equipment, then went through the factory paperwork with me. When he filled out the invoice, the rates were exactly what I'd been quoted, just the total was a lot less because he did the job so much more quickly, but no less thoroughly than I'd been told to expect. Then he left me with a fully functional and attractive kitchen sink; no butt-crack smell. I will absolutely use these guys again. Not only did Bryan do fantastic work, but it's obvious their office communicates well with their field personnel, and that they all understand the importance of good customer service. This is a great company.

First of all they had a technician out the same day. In fact, within an hour. Job was more complex than I had thought when I first called. The toilet he was working on was 22 years old and not in the best of shape. The service tech explained everything to me. He did the job efficiently and left the bathroom spotless. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Ganz based on reports listed on Angie's List. He was everything he was purported to be. Professional, timely, provided explanations easily and was so quick and efficient the callout fee was sufficient. Of course I will call them again if necessary and recommend them to friends and family.
