The entire visit was absolutely perfect. I needed a new piece for my shower which had to be located. I was kept informed through the entire time they where looking for this piece.

After the initial call late in the afternoon they showed up the next day even though they weren't sure they could make it then. When Brad got here and after much searching with his camera in the walls he found the leak and repaired it in a matter of minutes.

I have used Ganz Plumbing for resedential and commercial work for more than 25 years . I have always been completely satisfied with their performance , from inital contact and scheduling to completion of the job they have never let me down , I attribute this mostly to Bill Ganz , the owner. He is readily available to discuss my questions and concerns and the cost estimates have been fair and as far as I am concerned reasonable for the top quality work provided .

Job went very well. It was my first time remodeling. They were very patient from multiple revisions of estimate to the end of the job. Someone always answered the phone during business hours and called back in a timely manner to provide info or answer questions. They were flexible with schedule considering that I also had to coordinate job with tile contractor.

I called Ganz Plumbing for a service call and they explained their rate and services. We set up a time for our service the next day.They call when they were on their way and showed up on time.The service tech took everything out from under our cabinet replace the disposal and repaired the facet.The tech clean under the cabinet and the work area like new.The price was what they quoted.I would highly recommend Ganz Plumbing Co. to anyone and have with positive feed back from friends and family.

Ganz Plumbing did a great job. We just moved into a new house and the kitchen faucet was barely functional. Called several companies and everyone gave me higher prices and the earliest they could come out was a week away. Ganz had excellent customer service on the phone and they could come out on the same day within several hours. of calling. The gentleman who came out (Brad Ganz, son of owner) was polite, thorough, and very professional. When he found that a tube was missing from the soap dispenser kit (bought by me at Home Depot), he called Delta Faucet himself and arranged them to ship out a whole new soap dispenser for free. Called them on Sunday evening and left a message. Spoke to Rosemary this morning and she scheduled Matt for the work. She called me later this morning to alert me that Matt was on the way. He was respectful of our property and did the work quickly, professionally and left the laundry as he found it. He didn't just hand me the new hoses he installed them and tested the hoses and faucets. This is my go to plumbing company that I have been using for quite some time. They are OUTSTANDING

After work I came home and I found water coming up in the middle of a bedroom laminate floor. I felt that it was coming from the bathroom next to the bedroom.I called Ganz plumbing at 4:10PM on Friday afternoon and realized that they close at 4PM on Fridays. The owner, Mr. Ganz answered the phone and confirmed that they close at 4. I told him my problem and how upset I was and and he asked me to hold on while he checked to see if he could get one of his plumbers to come over. He told me that he would have someone come to my house within one hour. I was very grateful. The Plumber, Juan, showed up within the hour and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than one hour. I was very pleased and I felt the rate was very fair.

The plumber, Matthew did an excellent job. He went to work as soon as I showed him the two repairs that were needed. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use Ganz Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I called Ganz Plumbing early one morning when I noticed that there was a leak coming from inside an exterior wall of the garage. It was an impromptu call, but the gentleman on the phone assured me he would have someone there later in the day. By 10 am a plumber had showed up, was very professional, told me exactly what the repair would entail and cost. The repair was conducted very quickly and professionally. I was very happy and Ganz came through for me when I really needed them. Well done Ganz!

Fantastic. Very prompt service, technician (Kevin) was professional and arrived early, he quickly diagnosed the problem (clogged main drain), fixed the problem then took the time to explain what caused the clog and how to avoid similar problems in the future. He even fixed the leaking toilet flusher gratis. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I had selected the toilet I wanted online and they went to a nearby store to purchase, deliver and install. I noticed one of the toilets had a small crack inside from the manufacture and they came out the same day and replaced it with another one for me without any issues. They also came back a few months later to replace a part in one of the toilets that was causing it to run and adjusted the water level. They replaced the same part in the other two toilets and didn't charge me extra for it.They are always very professional and I will always use them for plumbing needs.
