Brian was incrdible. He was right on time and went right to work. He was professional, polite,and took great care to ensure everything was cleaned up after completion of the projects. We could not have been happier with the service we recieved from this incredible plumbing company. This is the second time we have used their services and they deserve AAA+++ ratings.

Great work. The plumber showed up on time. He went right to work. The removal of the drain was involved. He had to cut into the the wall to cap off. He clean up after the work was done.

Kevin and Rosemary were just fantastic. Unlike a previous experience I had with another company you can tell that Ganz are professional and punctual. They are very courteous and Kevin pays attention to small details. Although their pricing is on the higher end, I don't mind at all for the service I got. I highly recommend them!

Great job!!! I called in the morning as our hot water heater stopped working. Within 3 hours I had a new hot water heater installed. The installer was very professional as was the person I dealt with on the phone. A+ company.

This is the third time I have used this company since I bought my house 2 years ago. You will not find a more professional and courteous company. Always on time and the job is done right the first time. I actually called them this morning at 8:30am and they were at my house by 10:30am. If they see something that is not up to par, they will fix it. I have recommended them to my friends who have been very impressed with their work.

I had a leak under my sink and Bryan determined that I needed new kitchen faucet (faucet original over 30 years old); I bought new faucet at Lowes and next day he came to install and also replaced p trap. He was very professional and explained everything to me and when I made first appt. was given time frame and was called when he was on his way. Next morning I called around 9 am and was told Bryan would be over after his current appointment and was also called when he was on his way. He was at my house in about an hour and did the work also in about an hour. I appreciate the professionalism and good work of him and his company and will recommend Ganz and use again. Thank you.

I have used Ganz plumbing for many years and have never had a problem. I find their service costs to be reasonable. They will only fix what is actually needed and not try to upsell you. This is the only plumbing company I trust and I highly recommend them.

It was good. We were perfectly satisfied with their job. They are very professional and they do quality work. In the past, I had them correct a work of another plumber that did it incorrectly. I would recommend them to others.

Brad, the employee from Ganz Plumbing arrived right on time and was very polite. He listened to me explain the problem and said that he thought he knew what it was. He then proceeded to show me that inside the toilet tank, the water level was higher than the top of the overflow pipe. My husband had recently replaced the parts inside the tank and didn't know about the water level adjustment. When I turned on the bathroom light, one of the bulbs appeared to be burned out and Brad offered to change the bulb for me. When he reached up and into the fixture it turned out the bulb had just loosened in the socket and was fine after all. He was very nice and friendly while maintaining a professional attitude. Then we walked out onto the front patio to look at the pipe that vent the water from the air conditioner. Due to leakage and other problems we had rigged pipes to carry the water away. Brad gave me some ideas on how to proceed with fixing the problem. They charge a flat rate of $98 per hour (plus parts if needed). Although I think $98 is very costly for the small adjustment that had to be made, and the company gives no senior/AARP/Angie's List discount .... I would call them again in a heartbeat!

The plumber arrived on time and installed a new bathroom faucet which I had purchased. he installed the faucet and cleaned up after the installation.

Exceptional experience from the first call. Service was scheduled within a couple of days of my call, was confirmed by the Rosemary at Ganz the day of the service, and the technician showed up right on time. He set right off to work replacing the faulty water heater, worked cleanly and very efficiently. Upon completion of the job, he went on to repair the faulty shower valve and diverter in the bathroom. Brad went the extra mile to ensure there were no active leaks and even cleaned out the overflow drain. He gave us some pointers on the new heater, as well as maintenance on the other spigots around the house, and was on his way. Super friendly and professional all the way!
