Description of Work: I had a concern about my house's plumbing being polybutylene. While at Home Depot, I approached a young customer (couldn't find a clerk) who looked as if he knew plumbing, especially since he had a Ganz Plumbing tee shirt on. Allen was very forthcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. He provided me valuable information and gave me a card to call his company, Ganz Plumbing. When I got home I called and got the gracious and amusing response from Mr. Ganz's amiable sister. Looking back, Ms. Ganz had answered all my questions; nevertheless, Mr. Ganz, who had been busy on another call, called me back after I had finished my first call with Ms. Ganz.. Mr. Ganz showed saintly patience (I am 77) in making sure I understood all that I had wanted to understand. He took a significant amount of time; I felt I owed him some recompense for his time but he demurred.

Description of Work: I an very pleased with Ganz Plumbing. The plumber fixed our broken kitchen faucet and then also repaired two other drain covers for us. He was professional and personable. He worked without making a mess and cleaned up what dirt he made. We discussed a future job. He charged $98 (one hour) which was certainly fair. I will use Ganz from now on.

Description of Work: We had a leak inside the concrete pad of our house. They rerouted a water line from the opposite side of the house thru the attic to the laundry/water heater room. They provided a creative solution at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Ganz and will use them again.

Description of Work: A pipe burst in my kitchen and I turned to Angie's list immediately to find a plumber. I did my research and hired Ganz Plumbing who was tremendously helpful, fit me into their schedule and got a plumber to help within an hour. It was a tough job and it was handled incredibly well. When a second plumber was called in to help, there were no additional charges which was a great relief to me.

Description of Work: The service was swift and prompt,. My toilet wasn't flushing well. I called late in the afternoon, and they arrived at 9 the next morning.
