The plumber, Brad, arrived on time. He was friendly, worked quickly, and left the work areas clean. Everything he installed functioned perfectly. The only snag was when the bidet attachments did not attach properly as per the instructions provided. Brad consulted with the manufacturer by phone and received instructions on how to modify the installation for my model toilet.

They were prompt, did good work, and made sure everything we needed done was completed.

I was very happy with the service and would use again.

They were very efficient. They charge by the hour, but he worked so quickly that I think it was a good value.

Ganz Plumbing Co's service man was a very pleasant, personable and professional man. The prices this company charges are very reasonable. I thought he did an excellent job and we've had no problems since.

Before I had Ganz over I had another company tell me I had to replace the pipes and the toilet bowl. I couldn t believe it was anything more than a back up and I was proven right. Ganz came right out and made sure it was snaked perfectly clear. I highly recommend them for their trustworthy manner and their professionalism.

I called Thursday before the Labor Day weekend and they could not schedule anyone to come out until Tuesday. I told them to go ahead and send someone on Tuesday and I would let them know if I got it fixed before then. The leak was minor and in the garage so it was not an emergency. On Tuesday morning I got a call from Ganz Plumbing asking me if I still wanted the plumber and that they had a plumber for me. He came right out. He needed a part and it was delivered to him in a short time.

I talked to them initially over the phone and he knew exactly what I was talking about. He knew that he would not be able to do the job without that part. I located the part myself and they did come and fix it for me. They were very reasonable and I feel like they did not take advantage of me at all. While he was here he also fixed my pilot light to the water heater, which was free.

Got an immediate appointment. Technician was professional, completed the work quickly and cleaned up after.

We have used Ganz Plumbing for many years and they are professional, on time, and will work with you if it truly is an emergency. They have done work on our washers and dryers as well as other small appliances.

They arrived on time, did not waste a second, and did a great job.

We got off to a little bit of a rocky start when the plumber didn't show at the time of the appointment. Instead of them calling me to update the arrival time, I had to keep calling them. Once the plumber arrived, everything was excellent. He was very professional and efficient. We had one small drip under the sink that showed up a few days later, and he came right back out; no waiting. The charge for these services was provided to me very in advance and was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

He was on time, very courteous and professional. Did a great job, understood what was wrong and how to fix it and explained it well. Pretty reasonably priced. Only thing is, he didn't clean up after himself and left pipe parts and old faucet parts in the grass, and also one of his half smoked cigarellos, which he threw in my bushes and which could have ignited. I didn't care for that at all.

Immediate response in returning my phone call. I was told they were a little backed up & could not schedule a service call until 3 or 4 days later. Because the problem was not an emergency, it didn't bother me. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time. He was very quick, efficient, & professional. This is the second time I have used Ganz Plumbing (first time was to re-set a toilet); great experiences both times.

Didn't show up when indicated; by second day I called to be told they were backed up and didn't know if they would even work on our type of system.

I HAVE BEEN USING GANZ PLUMBING FOR YEARS & THEY ALWAYS DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP THE SAME DAY I CALL THEM & GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT AWAY.

WHEN GANZ PLUMBING CAME TO MY HOUSE, THEY WERE ON TIME AS PROMISED. THEY CAME TO INSTALL AND RECONNECT THE PIPES IN THE KITCHEN AFTER A RECENT REMODELING JOB. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY LEFT THE KITCHEN CLEANER THEN WHEN THEY ARRIVED.
