Excellent experience. I used Ganz once before for repair of toilet and faucet and had been satisfied. When I decided to replace all three of my "developer special" toilets I wanted Ganz to handle the installation. Plumbers (Bruce and Kevin) arrived on time. Both were courteous and were dog friendly (a real plus...although I had been prepared to put them behind a puppy gate I was pleased that they did not feel this was necessary even though my chow and chow mix often make men wary based on breed reputation). Bruce and Kevin were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They worked quickly-about two hours despite not having worked on these particular dual flush toilets before. They answered my questions easily (and didn't make me feel stupid). What a pleasant experience! I highly recommend Ganz Plumbing!

They're really good. They're reliable. I've never even met Rosemary, one of the family members that answers the phone, but she's like a friend. Their prices are about average. The quality of the work is absolutely great. They are the best.

I had water leaking into my garage. Rosemary at Ganz answered the phone, (very pleasant and professional!) and sent Brad to my home. Sending Brad was a bonus because Brad has previously diagnosed 2 prior leaks and has a good knowledge of my home. He called to let me know that he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He quickly found the leak behind the wall behind the clothes dryer and fixed it. Additionally, he had to work around another contractor who was also working in that confined space. He was courteous and offered to assist the other contractor. Again, Brad left the area cleaner that he found it.

This leak had been mis-diagnosed twice within the previous 2 weeks. I had water damage/leaking from my 1st floor laundry room ceiling and light fixture. Rosemary, who answers the service calls at Ganz, is extremely pleasant, professional, and palmy individual; just the right person/voice for the job! The two gentleman (plumbers) that were dispatched to my home, Brad and (sorry #2), were also stellar! The leak appeared to be coming from either the roof or the upstairs guest commode; however, using their extensive patience, experience, and diagnostic skill, the gentleman were able to determine that the pipe that was leaking was actually located behind the stairway wall. They cut the necessary hole, (getting it correct on the 1st attempt) and replaced the section of leaking pipe. They made sure to keep me abreast of their progress at all times and get my permission prior to any cutting. Unfortunately, I have had 2 more, unrelated leaks in the 5 weeks since this leak!

This was my second call to Ganz Plumbing. Once again, the sound of Rosemary's soothing voice was like that of an angel and assured me that things were going to be taken care of. Most importantly, she would be sending the same plumber that had been to my house the time before. I feel this was advantageous as he would already have 'the lay of the land' so-to-speak. "Brad" arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation. Althought the water was in the garage, he was able to determine that the offending pipe was behind the washing machine. He cut a hole in the drywall behind the washing machine and another in the wall in the garage (both only after checking with me first). He found the leak in the pipe behind the washing machine and showed it to me prior to beginning repairs. He kept me abreast every step of the way. Brad also left my garage cleaner than he found it! Thank you, Brad.

They were responsive and professional.

The service was prompt and timely. He first tried to unclog my drain in the least costly manner. When this didn't work, he snaked my drain from my roof. He also suggested ways to minimize this from happening.

The technician came out the same day as called and was right on time. He fished around in the garbage disposal and couldn't come up with anything. He said he thought he was going to have to dismantle the entire thing. He fished around with his hand once again just to be sure and the second time, he found a penny lodged in it (much to my embarrassment - both my husband and I had tried unsuccessfully to find what was causing the grinding). After removing the coin, it worked fine. He was there a few minutes and didn't charge me a penny(no pun intended - ok maybe a little one) for the service call! I couldn't believe it. They have a forever customer right here.

Called at 9:30 in the morning and was told that someone could make the call that afternoon. Office called a half hour prior to tech arrival. Plumber-"Eddie" arrived "on time", very courteous and polite and explained problem with toilet. Resolved all issues with the leaky toilet and adjusted a kitchen faucet that had been problematic since installation. Eddie left each area cleaner than before he started. Everyone I dealt with at Ganz was extrememly courteous and polite. I felt price was fair for service performed and have had no problems with either the toilet or faucet. I highly recommend this company!

A very gentlemanly young man showed up and took care of a toilet that was continuously running(resulting in a high water bill the previous month). While he was there, he also adjusted a shower head with a weak flow making it stronger(and making my husband VERY happy)and repaired two inoperative drain stops. He also advised us concerning an inoperative tub drain stop-recommending that we go pick up a replacement item at a hardware or plumbing supply store since it would be cheaper than having him repair it. All things considered, the service was everything I could have wanted. I did not report on pricing because I do not feel that I have enough experience to judge, BUT I will say that the final bill was very, very close to the estimate that I got over the phone-so that was excellent. The only very minor fault was that the gentleman arrived at 3:15 although I was told he would come between 1pm and 3pm. I am looking forward to seeing next month's water bill and I think I would definitely use them again

Excellent experience. When I called, we set up an appointment and they said they would call when the plumber was on his way. That is exactly what happened. Eddie was pleasant and went right to work.

Gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Set the appointment and he was right on time. He worked quickly and charged me the estimated amount, which was very reasonable. Once he left, I noticed the toilet bowl was not flush with the tank (little slanted). I called and he immediately came back out and straightened the toilet no charge, of course. It is working perfectly and I would use them again.

Overall I was very happy with my plumber. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. I have had issues with water leaks/floods in my house, and he was patient with my concerns and willfully inspected all the valves and fittings in my house. He did everything that I asked him to, and did not try to push other services on me at an extra charge. He was here for 2 hours and didn't use many parts, so I guess the price is average for plumbing these days in my area, which can be even more expensive. The only thing is that they couldn't give me a time for when he would show up - they just said "morning." But the secretary called when he was leaving his previous job. Also, when reseating the toilet, he set the toilet on the floor, rather than a piece of paper or a rag, so the old wax was difficult to clean up out of the grout lines, but I did get it cleaned up with alcohol and some bleach. I'm sure he would have cleaned it up better if asked, but I wanted him to keep working on other things since he was on the clock. In the big picture though, I'm very happy with the quality of his work, his efficiency, and responsiveness to my concerns. The secretary and he were both friendly and professional, and I would be happy to recommend Ganz Plumbing to others. I will call upon them again if the need arises.

This company was wonderfully professional from start to finish. The person who answered my phone call listened carefully about my problem and reassured me that an employee would arrive at a certain time. He arrived early. I was told in advance the initial expense to come and asses my problem.

I was pleased with him. I would give him a high rating. he was polite and on time. The quality was excellent. I would recommend him.

I called Ganz Plumbing on a Friday afternoon around 2pm right before Labor Day weekend for a broken garbage disposal. They gave me an estimate over the phone and then by 4pm that same day, a technician showed up at my door. He called first to let me know he was on his way. It took approximately 1/2 hour to complete the job. He was prompt, polite, neat, and did an excellent job. I will definitely use Ganz anytime I have a plumbing problem, if this is an indication of the service they provide.

They have been excellent. They are very courteous, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. They are very clean and tidy. This is the first plumber we call. I would highly recommend this plumber.

They were on time - looked at the problem, assessed it, and then began the work immediately. He showed me where the clog was as well as what was causing it when he drained it out. Very timely, professional, respectful.

I was impressed with the quick service. The worker arrived early in the morning and was very friendly. He walked right in and started to see the problem. He worked quickly on assessing the situation and then went to his truck to get his tools and came right back to the sink. He was updating me on the service as he went on and spoke to me in a knowledgeable but understanding way. He was so friendly, he stated that I could allow my barking dog out. He finished up and already had the area cleaned up when I came over to check out the sink. He then offered me tips on preventing the clogging of the sinks to this degree that they were at. I think I service overall took less than an hour and was at a cheap rate.

Eddie provided fabulous service, quick, professional and complete. The home inspector painted a rather bleak picture regarding the plumbing of our newly purchased home but in no time all of the problems were solved. We will always call Ganz for any plumbing issues in the future, including some upcoming renovations.

I've never had a contractor so prompt. Very accommodating. Stayed with the job until it was done. Personable.

Everyone at Ganz Plumbing was both punctual and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again next time I have a plumbing need.
