Bill Glanz called back right away and sent Eddie out to our home within 1 hr. After the installation, the water heater was not heating beyond tepid so they came back the next day and brought an electrician from Adams Electric in case it was the fuse panel. They thought they had corrected the heating problem but I called them again Friday night to report that what they did hadn't corrected it. Eddie was back out again on Sat. morning and completely corrected the problem which was not due to his installation or my fuse panel but rather to the incorrect tieing off of lines from a heat pump some years earlier by an AC installer. I couldn't have asked for a more reliable, diligent, professional and friendly company.

I called the company and they were able to get someone here the next day. The workman arrived right on time and someone from the office called to let me know he was on his way. He was able to install our new dishwasher as well as replace the shut off valve, in a little over an hour. He was great and very professional.

This was a quick and efficient experience. The service was very fast and Brad was very pleasant.

At noon on a Friday I decided to fix the leaky faucet in my bathtub. After bending parts and cracking tile I called Ganz and by 3pm they were out getting my parts and I was ready for a shower by 4pm. Fabulous!

Very responsive and reliable phone receptionist. Technician appeared on time and did very neat and excellent job. He discussed the situation with me intelligently. Bill was fair and reasonable. I have used Ganz several times before, once or twice per yr over several yrs and have not had a problem. They have small group of technicians and I get someone who has been here before.

I called the same day as the washer and dryer were installed and Ganz was able to come by as quick as the next day! Rosemary was very friendly. Brad came out to do the work and he was friendly, professional, and informative. They obviously have a great work ethic and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

This company was highly recommended by a friend. I then checked him out on Angie's List and found he was rated an A. After using them, I agree they are an excellent company.

The problem was identified and taken care of.

Water was leaking from the wall in my shower room. Steve from Ganz plumbing investigated and figured out a way to fix the leak without damaging the shower wall. He did an excelent job. I would surely call them again for any plumbing problems

They gave us a great price and did the work all in one day. Getting in touch with them to have questions answered was harder than it should have been, but overall they did a good job at a great price.

Excellent. The other plumber I called charged a total of $225 to come out for a quote and then gave a quote of $775 and said that the drywall would have to be ripped out to mend the hole. On the other hand, Ganz came along and only charged $125, were able to fix the leak without taking out the drywall and installed the faucet - all within an hour. They are excellent and I will definitely use them again.

I called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment. Rosemary was very friendly and was able to schedule the appointment for first thing Thursday morning. The plumber, Brad, arrived right on time and explained step by step what he needed to do. He even warned me when he was going to use the drill and that it would be quite loud and may scare my cat! (She slept through it). He was very polite and finished the job in no time. I would absolutely call them again if needed.

Brad was great. Pleasant, knowledgeable, patient. He showed up on time, and since he had never installed this particular brand of filter, he actually read the manufacturer's installation booklet before starting the process. He took his time and didn't rush to finish. He then explained how I should maintain the unit. Excellent job and experience.

Great - from first call to meetign the appointed time, to being a gracious, professional person. Cost was their base charge - $98 for the first hour including travel - plus the $25 part.

Took the time to investigate problem. When he did locate the source of the leak, he did not have the correct part to repair it. He did not charge for his time that day. He came back and finished the job the next morning

We left a voice message over the weekend on their phone and Monday morning they had called us back and quickly dispatched someone to do the job. Very serious, professional and fast.

It went very well. I was told that someone would be at my house between 8 - 9 AM. Their office called a little before 8 to let me know that someone was on the way. He got here at 8:15 and was done by 9. Great work, friendly and professional. And the price, I think was very fair.

Water was leaking from behind the hot water heater. We called a well-known company out to fix our problem. They fixed the problem by putting in a new hot water heater. When the "plumber" left we still had a leak-so we called them back to fix the problem. The technician that came out had NO idea what the problem was and left us with the leak and told us to call a roofer to see if it was coming from a leaky roof!! It had rained but not enough to cause the kind of water that was leaking in our garage. Finally, I got in touch with Angie's list and found Ganz Plumbing. They came out right away and within 48 hours everything was fixed. Eddie did a great job and was very professional! I will definately call them again if I have any kind of plumbing problems.

Fixture was leaking from top area, called them in morning and they happen to have someone available within the hour. They called me when he left shop and told me he'd be there within a half hour, which he did. Showed him problem and he installed the parts with no mess or problems. In fact, going to have Brad come back for some other issues I have that are not really pressing right now. Very professional. Easy to talk to and understands the other items I want done.

What a great experience from the first telephone call to the time the service men left. Rosemary, the person on the phone and setting up the appointment and Brad and Kevin the service men were very freindly knew what they were doing and cared alot about making me happy. I noticed how careful Brad was while he was in the house and working. Although he did not have the parts for my faucet he went back the the office and found them online and said I could get them free if I ordered them and paid only the freight. He drove back to my home and hand delivered all the information I needed to get them ordered and told me to call when I get them in and he will install in a matter of a few minutes. What an outstanding company to do business with.

We've used Ganz Plumbing for close to a decade. They are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Office staff is very polite. As with most plumbers, you pay the minimum hourly rate, even if the job is smaller, but these guys always ask if there is anything else in the house they need to check or repair. No reputable plumber is cheap, but prices are fair-market and they always get the job done without a problem. I've had them do some complicated work and it's always done correctly. Highly recommended.

The main water shutoff valve for my home needed to be replaced. I had been contemplating doing the job myself since I'm pretty handy, but I was intimidated due to the fact that there was little room for error. I decided to hire a plumber - and I'm really glad I did. Ganz called to confirm our appointment and showed right on time. Suffice it to say this was a tricky job. In about one hour though, the job was completed to perfection. I was very impressed with the quality of the work - excellent. I know that plumbing is considered a "trade," but the work performed for me was more like that of a craftsman.

Plumber tightend garbage disposal and said that disposal had rotted causing the leak. When he left the disposer worked fine but by the end of the week the smell under the sink was so bad I looked and found that there was water dripping from a line. Called Ganz back and they quickly responded. They repaired a faulty valve. There was no charge for the visit only the parts. A week later there was still water leaking. I called again and they came out. The pipe under the other sink was disconnected. They connected it and checked the entire 2 sink - garbage disposal area. They charged me another service charge for this service. I'm hoping my leaks are gone and the smell will start going away. I am hopeful if the problems persist they will come back without an other additional service charge.

Quick professional response. Snaked toilet until flushed freely. Two weeks later same problem arose. Came back out at no charge and again snaked toilet hoping to have sent the toilet paper rod through the drain. If problem comes back, they will remove toilet and remove the culprit. I'm pleased that they have taken the least costly approach first.

Very friendly answer by a gentleman and told him that I was getting new countertops in kitchen and bath and would need help getting plumbing set back up for sinks, new faucets, dishwasher, and install new garbage disposal. Also my shut-off valve wasn't working completely. Asked for a specific day and he said he'd be happy to do it and explained the fees so I'd know what to expect. My granite countertop installation was delayed by a day so I called back 2 days before Ganz Plumbing was supposed to come and this time I spoke to Rosemary. She is wonderful! We rescheduled for a day later and she made me feel so glad I had called them. This morning I called to see if they could come out a little later in the morning and Rosemary took care of it. Eddie was the plumber that came out. He was prompt, professional and did a great job. I have other plumbing upgrades to do in the next six months and will call Ganz Plumbing to do the work.
