I called first thing in the morning and was answered promptly and was treated in a friendly and professional manner. I was told of the call out fee and that that would cover the first hour's work. The plumber arrived at my house within thirty minutes, well inside the estimate of one hour. He got to work straight away and had located and fixed the leak within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied with Ganz Plumbing Co. and would recommend them.

Service man was on time, professional, and courteous. He quickly got to work unclogging the drain. When he finished, he took a few minutes to talk we me about how to prevent another clog.

This is the third time I've used this company. Excellent service. They know what they're doing and are honest, reliable and fair. He also snaked out the sink because the water was going so slowly. He discovered that there was no air return. Just exemplary service.

The technician arrived on time and was able to pinpoint the issue by opening a small hole in the roof where they inserted their camera and found the real cause of the leak.

The work went good. It was a pretty easy job. He finished the job quickly and charged me for the hour. I like his response time. They usually respond within 24 hours. When you call you get somebody in the area. They have a pricing scale so you know what your price is going to be. I just love him. I have used him at least 4 times. I rate him high overall and I will use him again in the future.

This is a family owned, established business with very knowledgeable employees. They were punctual, congenial and efficient. They resolved a water flooding issue which others projected could cost into the thousands of dollars. Their expertise resoved it fior $220!!

They were prompt and were able to help us out. The workers were very nice, but the work wasn't done that great. They fixed the mechanical function of everything, but the cosmetic results were not that great. The shower is working today, but still doesn't look very good.

I had a water main leak under my front lawn which was complicated by some very nasty tree roots impeding access to the pipes. The two plumbers arrived with the tools to cut it out (more than I can say for another company) and about 45 minutes of sweat and a few strained back muscles later they had the root out and were ready to tackle the leak. The team had all materials on hand and worked dillegantly the whole time finishing much earlier than I had expected. When the water was turned back on and the system checked out, they cleaned up the area and were on their way. I love companies that get down to business and get the job done!

Excellent experience. They had to cancel the original date and called a day ahead of time to reschedule. They were a little late showing up on the scheduled day, but not by much. They were friendly, competent and efficient. The work was excellent and they cleaned up well afterward. Quality service, good price/value and excellent customer-service. Couldn't ask for more.

Bryan did a very professional and clean job in replacing/moving my toilets and repairing my outside faucets. I was very satisfied in the quality of the work. I will use Ganz again if I need any plumbing work done. Excellent service and work. Highly recommended.

Very well. I've used Ganz plumbing since the 1980's. I always have had excellent, efficient and professional service. I won't use any other plumbing company. Can't speak highly enough of Ganz Plumbing.

Called for service at about 8am, and got thru to a person immediately. I told them I had a doctor's appointment that afternoon, so needed work done before then. I was provided an estimate over the phone of what they might have to charge me based on their standard rates for services. Bryan arrived around 10am, came prepared, snaked out the blockage from inside, re-assembled the under sink plumbing properly, and did it all in under 45 minutes. No surprises - I was charged the minimum amount based on the provided estimate.

It went perfectly. I sent a new kitchen faucet to my tenant and I contacted GANZ and told them that my tenant would be calling to schedule the installation. They gave me a verbal quote pending no unforeseen issues. They called me about a week later and told me they had done the installation. I paid by CC and they emailed me an invoice. Couldn't have expected it to go any smoother. They were pleasant to deal with and professional.

They are excellent - I always use them. They are reliable and come on time all the time. They do the job just the way they are supposed to. Whatever they?ve done, they?ve been great. They aren?t too cheap but are reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The lady that answered my call was very nice and had told me their schedule was very full but that she was going to fit me in sometime after lunch. Their employees arrived shortly after 1pm and both guys were very nice and professional. They had no problems answering all of my questions! They left everything in clean shape and fixed the clog quickly they then went ahead and continued to snake the rest of the vents and drains in the house and checked all of the showers,sinks and toilets for proper flow. They did an excellent job!

Ganz Plumbing sent Brad out to rescue me from this plumbing nightmare! He was fast, efficient, explained things he was doing, and cleaned up afterwards. I was thrilled to get all this done for only $191, parts and labor. I'm just sorry I waited so long. I will definitely use Ganz again, and have recommended them to friends and co-workers.

Overall, everything was excellent. The plumber arrived on time, and did all of his work very well. Also, the work area was left spotless when his work was complete.
