I booked them thinking they were a nice small moving company - no - they are brokers! They simply give your move to another company - so that could be good or bad depending on the company. They never tell you this. They raised our price significantly (40% over initial estimate) and that is after we removed a huge amount of furniture from our list. Then I found out that they do not take credit cards for the actual move. They say that no company does - this is total bs - most companies do. They do not because the actual move is not done by them - they just get the downpayment money. I cancelled with them 2 days before our move (they were happy to be rid of me because I used the word lawyer they only want people who agree to be scammed. They told me that if I am not happy now I will not be happy with price on day of move - which makes me think they were planning on putting the price even higher). Take my advice, go with a major moving company that uses weight - not space. Stay away from brokers. They seem nice on the phone but are total scammers (yes, I am talking about you - you were so nice and sweet on the phone - sweet on scamming my money I guess.)

Booked this company for my wifes move from Miami to Atlanta. The initial quote was reasonable and the timeline was perfect. $3,600 for a pickup with a delivery five days later. Great. They communicated well and after an inventory contact, realized I forgot a few things and the price rose to about $4,700. Ok, frustrating but part of my fault. The moving company arrives as scheduled. Here comes an even higher estimate. Now the estimate for the actual movers is over $6,000 because it will make more room on the truck than initially thought. Called the company and they said that it will not be that high and the movers will only charge for the actual space used. They load the truck (which took 8 hours for a two-bedroom apartment that was already packed) and it is still over $6,000. But, what is done is done, right? The stuff is already on the truck. So, they leave and communication indicates it maybe a couple of days later than expected. No big deal. However, each day out is closer to the start of her new job which the timeline fits to get her settled before the job starts. Yesterday, she was told her things were being loaded on a truck and delivered in the next few days. Today finds out it has not been loaded and will not be there until next week. Talking a supervisor, was told her stuff would not fit on the truck going out? and they could get it there by Sunday (the day before she has to be at work for a new job). So the original price quoted about doubled and the timeline was delayed almost a week. The entire reason for booking was the price and timeline. We communicated these as the priority and the company showed no regard for either. Complete failure.
