I chose this company because my parents just used them for their roof out in Weston. They really seemed too good to be true when I first met with them and that was exactly the case. Our first meeting they were overly friendly and said they would start on our roof that week and explained the simple contract and payment plan. I had mentioned we were shopping around for different roofs and said that a previous company was going to charge us $3,000 less and asked if they can honor the same price. The owner, Randy, stated that other companies will nickel and dime you and with the quote we are getting it would include absolutely EVERYTHING. He also said "Even if we opened your roof and everything was rotted, your quote would remain the same for extra work". TOTAL LIES. After the first three payments were given everything seemed to be running smoothly. I get a text from the other owner, Sarah, who says " Final payment is due today please bring it to your new house and review your final invoice online". I told her I was confused why final payment would be due because zero tile had been laid on the roof and she said that the final payment is to pay for the tile order that they were going to lay down in a few days. I go to review my order online and I see a $1,500.00 additional fee. I wrote both owners asking what the extra charge was for and was told that we wouldn't pay a penny more then what was on the actual quote. They said " The inspector wanted to use didn't boards up to code so it was more money in supplies and labor". I said I would not be paying them the extra fee because nobody told us about this extra labor or charge and in their contract it states " If extra work needs to be done the customer will be notified and reissued a new invoice that both parties will have to sign off on". That never happened. After refusing to pay the extra fee and still brought them the remaining check that we "owed" which should have NEVER been given until ALL work was completed, they did not answer my calls, texts, emails for 10 days even when I threatened to take legal action! The only reason I ended up getting a call from Sarah 10 days later is because my mother called her at 9pm and caught her off guard and said she had to contact me immediately and Sarah said " Wow, I am shocked, I haven't received anything from your daughter". This was all BS!!!! After another week disputing with them saying we needed proof of the extra work done and reports from the inspector which they couldn't give us the tile was FINALLY put down. Once the job was mostly done I get a text message saying final payment is due. This company had been paid in full for two weeks and when I reviewed the new invoice it said we now owed $3,000.00 instead of the $1,500.00 extra I was fighting them for ! There was no explanation and when we brought over list of questions for them they could not give a straight answer. I believe that majority of their reviews are totally FAKE and just do your research before using them. When a company seems to good to be true in the beginning they probably are! They have an F on better business bureau. I honestly wanted to sue this company and am still considering it due to breach of contract and would probably be more than they $3,000 they want but i would rather pay a lawyer double that then give these scum bags anything. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend the Lady Roofer to you! Sarah and her husband Randy are very professional and knowledgeable. They stand behind their work. I found their workmen to be very considerate and capable as well. They did a great job, and I love my new roof. I interviewed 3 companies, and this company had the most reasonable estimate and evoked the most trustful feelings in me. I have been burned badly by contractors in the past, so I am very cautious about anyone in the construction industry. From the first time we met to the final meeting, this was a very pleasant experience. It wasn't a 3 month wait. They began working on the property the next week. Th roof is cement tiles and I chose an additional water barrier. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day. Attitude is important and you couldn't find a more positive group of people. Sarah and Randy and their team (never subs) are so professional and responsible. They thoroughly explained to me every step along the way They made sure I understood. If I called wih questions they were always very responsive. The bottom line -- when you hire a provider in addition to their skills you are also buying personal integrity. You can have every confidence that this family-owned business exemplifies the highest level of personal integrity.

Sarah and Randy run a tight ship. The pricing was the best and they didn't nickel & dime me. They use the best roofing tile manufacturers and gave me the best underlayments. I couldn't be more satisfied with all of the materials that they used. Their crew was top-notch, always on time, patient and professional.

Very easy to work with, very organized and willing to go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I was very impressed how professional the employees are. I didn't even have to ask for licenses, certifications, insurance, etc...everything was provided along with their estimate. Work was completed in very short period of time and the value for the repair was a fair cost. Their estimate was right on spot with no unpleasant surprises. Excellent job. You would never be able to tell there was a repair done. They even painted with the exact color paint of my home. I would highly recommend their services and WILL use them again when needed. As a side note, the very next day we had a terrible storm that lasted for hours: Not a drop of water leaked in.

We love our skylight! It is the favorite thing about our house now. They were able to cut and install the skylight in the roof and the ceiling, as well as doing the drywall and mudding for the shafts. My only complaint that they are very slow in communication (not punctuality - they were early on that, in fact). Text and phone calls can be days before a response - but it was worth the wait. Also for the price, they were able to replace a few tiles on our roof.

In the case of a roof, you don't really know for years or decades if the job was well done. If you have no problems or leaks for 20 or 30 or more years, it was a good job. That is just the type of purchase that it is. Having said that, this vendor was very pleasant, very accomodating and easy to work with. Things did not keep changing along the way (no unpleasant surprises). They kept more or less on schedule, there were no issues or problems with the city inspectors and they were reasonably clean (although if you are extremely fussy you should consider covering your pool and air conditioner)

I used this company previously to clean my tile roof . I used them this time to repair a leak. The company is managed well, the employees are friendly and competent, and the work was completed quickly and professionally.

The company is amazing. From the beginning we are looking for a quote their response time is very impressive was able to provide information and have someone come in our house in 24 house. They are very professional and their customer service is amazing. The quotes were provided immediately with alternative options for the consumer. They were able to the work the next day and was updating us with the work the whole time. They are very respectful of our time and they were letting us know of very specific time frames for arrival, departure and completion time. We felt like they were very honest and not selling other services that we may not need. We had such a wonderful experience that we only wish that all other companies provide the same customer service. Very impressed and glad that we worked with them.

This company is very professional, from the leads in the office to the field workers. I was always treated with respect. They followed thru on their commitments are were always on time. I received several bids to perform the repair and A Licensed Roofing was very competitive. They provided me with a 2 year warranty which is longer than the usual 1 year the other vendors typically provide. I recommend A Licensed Roofing and plan to rehire them for any future roof work I may have.

I met with Sarah's husband 11/4/2015 and he told me he would get a price on a product and get back to me with an estimate. I called repeatedly for the estimate that I was promised and was told that someone would be in touch but that has not happened! Most Disappointing.

While we went another direction with our roofing need, my wife and I were most impressed with Sarah and Randy Harris' professionalism and knowledge of the roofing business. They provided a more-than-fair estimate and were accessible in answering our many questions. Putting a new roof on one's home is an expensive investment and you can only hope that in the end, you make the correct decision.
