Very well so far.

The sales people were wonderful as most are. The work performed was good. The workers needed some reminder of what needed to be done and they were cooperative in doing it. The solar fan was installed facing west, not south and that needed to be adjusted by someone else. All in all a good job. i recommend them and I would use them again.

Everything went very well. Randy, the owner, personally called me and made sure the job was done 100% to my satisfaction and in the time promised. His company photographed and emailed me pictures of before, during and after shots. I am in another state and I appreciate the communication, willingness to deliver and doing the job well. I think Randy went above and beyond and he is the first contractor I would call again and recommend to others since turning my house into rental property in 1992. (Thank you Randy) Customer service is a rarity in today's day and age. A Licensed Roofing Co will be around for years to come because they have mastered the # 1 goal - Making the customer happy :) (Please keep in mind that I wrote this review after RANDY had to return to my house and attach my gutters and fix problems I was not happy with and a job where he told me it was complete and it wasn't). 4 months later and I have a leak. In May, on a Monday Morning I call Randy. He never calls me back. Friday I call him and I am promised he will call me first thing Monday Morning. By Tuesday I still haven't heard from him. I call back and again I am promised he will call me. He never does. This goes on until I finally have to have my husband call. (Meanwhile, the tenant is using buckets to catch the leak and has to put all his furniture from the Florida room into his other room). Randy does finally call...on a saturday night at 7pm. Ha, who does business at this time?! Someone who doesn't want to do business. My husband finally gets through to Randy and Randy says he sent his contractor out there but he hasn't talked to him. Who lets days go by without talking to their contractor?! Give me a break! Next, Randy says he is going to send pictures. We wait. We call Randy back several times to find out where the pictures are and they sent them to the wrong address. (To me I feel he never sent them) Amazingly, when my husband got upset, the pictures were in our IN box within the hour. NOW Randy wants more money to fix the leak. Why wasn't this fixed when he said he fixed all the leaks?! He now wants another $1000. My husband says that it is unacceptable. Randy says he will talk to his wife and see if we can discount it. That was on a Friday. Monday we never hear from Randy. Later on Monday, my husband gets through to Randy and Randy says he hasn't got to talk to his wife yet. REALLY?! You haven't talked to your wife since Friday?! Wow! And get this, now his wife is in a meeting. Whatever. He finally tells my husband he can fix it for around $750. Monday night I'm laying in bed, thinking about Randy and his so called EXCELLENT customer service and I'm getting madder and madder. Why in God's name would we give this guy more money when form MAY to JULY, he's been jerking us around. I call my husband and say forget it! I'd rather pay another roofer who deserves the business than to give this guy another penny. This is where it gets good...I hire 3 new roofers to give me a price on the leak and explain that I just dropped $3800 into the roof and all 3 Roofers are in shock! They say the roof is peeling and the coating put on the roof is locking moisture in and doing more damage to my roof along with a list of other things. I am sick to my stomach now! Out of fairness, before any reviews, we try and contact Randy again to get a refund and of course he doesn't return our call. Well, I shouldn't say that. He did call my husband and left this message. "hi, this is Randy returning your call. I'm leaving the office for the day. please call me and I look forward to hearing from you." HELLO?! What a weasel! Who returns a call as they are leaving the office? What good is that? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last we heard from Randy was on July 3rd when he told my husband that'd he call him on July 4th. Shocker....ha ha...he never called. I do hope me blasting Randy and his company in all facets of social media will enlighten others before doing business with this company OR Randy and I hope it is worth the $3800 to him and his company. Randy was great to work with. He was straight up, punctual, and did the work with permits. The quality of e work was good. I have used A licensed roofing in the past. They stand by their work and I would definitely use them again.

Do call them. From day one, the knowledge and professionalism of the owner was very impressive. Randy Harris goes above and beyond the call of duty to inform prospective clients of what's required for every stage of progress to complete the job. He's very happy to spell out any details if you want to compare products, know about inspections, or answer any question you may have. No details were left out, the whole job was very organized. He was also willing to seal the gutters surrounding the property, which was done as a courtesy.

Randy came to give me an estimate the same day I called to set up an appointment. He explained what needed to be done and gave me two options on the what could be done to correct the problem. The crew completed the repair in one day and actually left the area cleaner than when they arrived. All of the people I dealt with, from the first call to the completion of the job, were extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely use A Licensed Roofing Company and again and would recommend them to all.

They were very responsive and prompt from the initial inspection and providing the quote all the way through the repair and providing the report. They made sure of the location of the leak by going into the attic. All the broken tiles was repaired also to avoid future leaks.

I had been using a roofer that was my very good friend's brother. He came over and over again and never went into my attic but repaired my roof. It still leaked. I was totally frustrated. Asked everyone I knew if they could recommend somebody. No one knew. So I joined Angie's List. I made 2 calls. One said they would get back to me that afternoon the other, A Licensed Roofing said they would have somebody to my house that same afternoon. Called to say he was on his way and Randy Harris met me a little while after that. Went up to attic, took pictures to show me the nails that had been shot clear through which was just one of the reasons it still kept leaking. Randy even told me to call the other guy to see if he would live up to his work. I said I was tired to dealing with him. We agreed on a price and he told me it would not leak, but if it did he would be back, no charge. I never called anyone else. It has rained alot since the work was performed. NO LEAKS. On thing I forgot to mention was that the work was done the next day. If you don't use these guy, your nuts.

They quoted $17000 for a new tiled roof. They were prompt. They were detailed in reviewing everything to make sure we understood everything and not surprised for the quote. We are considering using them and they are starting coming Tuesday.

We had a pretty intense tropical storm shortly after the work had been completed.....I am happy to report that we are water tight!! Our crawl space is now regulated to run on solar and the temprature in the space is identical to the temp in the house (this is august in south florida people!!!)....we started to see savings immediately. It is a pleasure to reccomend Randy, his crew and company!!!!

I called this company for an estimate, and called several other companies because it was urgent and I was accustomed to roofers not showing up and I needed work done in a rental property right away. He was one of the last people I called, his response time was excellent, and he wrote up the estimate before he left the property, with a detailed drawing of the roof and a good description of the work he intended to do. I chose to go with someone else because the other roofer underbid him significantly. However, the other roofer underestimated the damage, was not able to fix the problem completely, and has not honored his warranty. I think that this company would have been a better choice. I appreciate their speedy response, their promptness and their follow up. I will definitely use them in the future if their bid is competitive. They were very pleasant to deal with.

It was just an estimate but it took a while to get the estimate. Other than that they were fine.

When I first researched roofing companies, Randy, the owner, was very helpful in explaining the details of my roof problem to me. After reviewing all the estimates, I chose Randy's company. His office staff called me and kept in touch until the weather permitted getting the job done. He was quick to come and get the job done as soon as the weather permitted. When he completed the job, he took photos and explained in detail the work he completed. Once he removed the upper layers in one section of the roof, there was more damage to the structure than expected which he repaired at no additional charge. His estimate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire Randy and his company again.

He attended my residence the same day we contacted them and noticed two active leaks on the roof of the house. He quickly tackled the plan offered me an estimate, honored the angies list discount and awaited for me to give them the green light. A week later the job was completed. It went really well. The weather was hot and I knew the guys had to be just cooking on the roof. Randy repaired everything roof wise that was compromised. All the repairs were complete in three (full) days. We also had a new sunroof installed as the old one was a source of leaking and damage. There was a little bit of debris left on the ground outside (roofing nails, tar paper, etc) but we simply picked up the big things that would gum up the lawn mower. Considering the level of repair work needed it didn't seem like a big problem to pick up a little trash.

I am very happy with them. Their price so far has been very good. So far, they have done exactly what they said they were going to do. They have been prompt with their service. They have done all of the permitting and everything that they needed to do. So far, there has been no additional price and nothing else that we owe. We also went upstairs and saw their work.
