Very satisfied with the work that they've done. They were very prompt to contact me and came the first day I proposed. Also, they were very professional and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them to everybody, and I'll be calling them again.

Did not have work done but will call in the future. They did not respond the day we sent the request. It was a few days later and we already had 4 quotes and were happy with folks we spoke with. No need to take up their time but will call in the future for pressure washing and touch up paint.

It was okay. I probably won't use them again. They kind of sprayed bleach all over my flowers and killed them off. It was the end of the summer and so I wasn't that concerned about it. In the end, they did a good job cleaning but they used a machine that just kind of sprays everywhere. The price was good. They came when they were not supposed to and started work with my cars in the driveway and so they sprayed all of my cars.

John was extremely easy to deal with from the very start! Easy to set an appointment with all the way through showing up early, and pressure washing more items than we agreed to. He was very kind to my Great-Grandmom, making her feel comfortable. She feels like her house looks new again. We will 100% use John again! Highly recommend!

THE SHORT: ** I felt a professional would have been upfront with a final price, and would have accepted a credit card without extra charges [I could have disputed the charge]. A professional would have completed the job on his own by removing remaining stains and clearing deep mud and mulch at my mailbox and driveway entrance before asking for payment, and a professional would not have trespassed a week later. **John is good at stopping the work, then adding and adding to the costs and owner labor, killing plants. and later trespassing. BTW Be prepared for your interior to smell like all those chemicals just from opening & closing your doors. THE LONG: I spoke to John and got a phone estimate before he arrived. I gave detailed information as to square feet of roof, heavily stained walls from irrigation water, size of back patio. knee wall, driveway and sidewalk. John gave me a quote or $300. for all. He called me 30 minutes before coming as promised. He started out right away not being sure he could do the house wall stains. He did not cover my plants as promised saying they were too tall, but he did not protect the smaller ones either. He and Maria, a very sweet lady, began working quickly. They were well prepared and professional. He decided the chemical was working on the yellow canal water wall stains. When John got to my back patio he decided he had used too much chemical and needed $40 more to complete the patio and knee wall. Now we are up to $340. He wanted a credit card fee or I could write a check. I did not think that I could contest the charges with a credit card. When I did a walk around.... the stains were still visible in some spots and seriously streaked and visible on the patio knee wall. This was not professional. I had to ask him to go over the remaining stains. He did so but said I would have to hose the chemical off. I am 73 years old... this whole process was very enervating especially in the heat with the strong chemical smells. Since I am new to Angies List, I did not understand that Angies List keeps the $49.... I also had a Deal Rebate code, but did not know how to apply it. I thought these amounts would apply towards his quote. My phone quit working just before John was ready to go so I had no way to call Angies List. John told me that Angies was closed, but when I called today, they are open much much later. So I split the $49 coupon with John and wrote a check for $315. telling him we needed to talk to Angies List. After John & Marie left, I found a 6" deep delta of mud and mulch in the street at my mailbox and at my driveway entrance under where his huge truck and trailer were parked. I shoveled some out, but it was too wet and heavy to make much headway. It has rained so much that I have not been able to use my leaf blower to remove this mess. I also found that my 3 exterior front light fixtures no longer work and a plastic fire hydrant {for my dog to pee on] was broken off of its built-in stake. I now feel he owes me! I would not pay him the $25 difference. I felt unsafe in my own home.

John was responsive and professional as were the members of his team, providing excellent service.

Arrived early, did call me and message on Angie's List. Completed job within 30 mins Looks good, gave me some pointers on getting ride of rust and oil stains I would measure your area so you are NOT surprised by the overage.

I purchased a Living Social coupon for up to 900 sq ft of driveway cleaning. I called to make an appointmen, but was told to email and I would have a response within 24 hours. I did not hear back so tried again and I guess there was some glitch in that they thought they had tried to reach me, but in any case the appointment was made quickly. They arrived on time and worked quickly. I had underestimated the size of my driveway, which is much bigger than most in Florida, so I owed much more than I anticipated, but the results were superb. Our home's previous owners had bulked when we mentioned wanting to get it cleaned up saying it would be impossible. Boy were they wrong; decades of grime was removed and the driveway and sidewalk are bright and beautiful once again. I was also given a very competitive exterior painting quote while they were here, but I am still waiting to receive it in writing. No worries there as we aren't quite ready to move on that yet.

Everything went well once they arrived. Professional appearance of staff and equipment. Swift and efficient. Overall a good experience. I know there are times when you go to a job and the customer wants more service than planned for. In that case a call to the next customer is in order ! The area serviced was very clean when they were done. I have had vendors in the past that left dirt and mess as pressure washing can be messy. There was also an application of mold prevention. I really appreciate that as that is my main problem .

He was excellent, and he even went out of his way to do a few extras for me.

There were more charges. When we discussed it on the phone, I asked him what it would cost to do the sidewalk. He said roughly another $49. He came out and did the driveway. He did a good job. I have no problem with that. I said, "Now, what about the sidewalk?" He said, "Oh, that's going to be $69." I said, "Okay. Go ahead. You're here. Go ahead and do it." The whole job cost me $118, $49 to Angie's List, $69 to him. When he was done, I questioned the prices and he said, "From now on, I'll do them both for $100." So that means, I ended up paying $118 with Angie's List and it would only cost me $100, without Angie's List. That makes no sense to me whatsoever. This was the first time I used the company. One technician came out. He was in professional clothing.

My driveway was in desperate need of a good scrub down and they did just that and more!!! It looks amazing...the best I've ever seen it. I really needed this service performed before thanksgiving and I'm so glad the scheduling worked out. All my guests noticed the great job they did and a few even asked for their information to possibly use them in the future.

Just arranged appointment the evening before the morning appointment. They called ahead of arriving. The driveway and sidewalk is 22 years old and has never been cleaned before. Full of black mold type stuff that shows up in Florida. Cleaned it VERY thoroughly. Very clean. Better than I expected. I tried cleaning it myself, but it would have taken expensive chemicals and a LOT of manually scrubbing. It was cleaned better than a pressure washer would have done. Will hire again.

Bought Angie's List deal for pressure washing 900 SF of driveway. Appointment was made quickly. Driveway exceeded deal but contractor did the job with the extra area covered and half his normal rate. Job done very well.

Everything went very well. John and his assistant were punctual showing up in the morning. John was actually in the pool painting the edging. He does it this way to ensure that paint does not get in the pool. It's a detail that I truly appreciate. Whilst John was painting the edging, his assistant was filling the cracks in the concrete. Another detailed service that would make the look of entire job aesthetically pleasing. The previous owners of the house did not paint the pool deck properly, there were large areas where paint was not applied. Since the paint job of the prior owners was done incorrectly, extra gallons of paint were needed to complete the job properly. I'm pleased John explained the situation to me and provided me a couple of options. John and his assistant made sure the paint service they provided was even throughout. Our service was excellent and worth the extra cost. I'm very happy to say that John and his assistant will be painting our house in the near future. Thanks John!

John was quick to respond to my questions I had prior to booking the appointment. He scheduled me within a week. His job before mine ran long but he called to let me know his ETA. Our area was large and needed serious work. He worked after sunset to make sure he got every area cleaned. It was a lot of work, but he completed the job satisfactorily. I will definitely use Pressure Plus Services again. He suggested we do a yearly clean which I will do with Pressure Plus. Thanks, John!

Everything went well. Since I was not sure what the cost of pressure cleaning our pool deck would be, Johnny was kind enough to take measurements and call me with the price. I thought the cost for everything was reasonable.

I had to call to make the appointment. The told me they would clean in in the next three days, but I had to call again to have them come out after the three days were through.

John did an excellent job. I had gotten a letter from my HOA stating I needed to get my driveway and sidewalk powerwashed. John was able to come up quickly and get the job done. I believe it was a fair and reasonable price.
