We had to wait almost two months for them to come out. They did arrive at the beginning of our 6 hour window, which was very good. We added short sidewalks from driveway to the house and in front by the street which cost us more than we paid for the entire driveway. I feel that charge was excessive and far more than we have ever paid for the entire job. Our experience was a mixed bag and hard to rate. I will say that the mold and mildew was gone from the driveway and sidewalks so I don't have any complaints there.

Well, I was not home and they may have done the wrong house, or not arrived, but after I notified them that I was charged and the work was not done, they quickly righted the mistake. Even did the whole sidewalk for no additional charge. Professional response to their mistake.

The work is great! They are polite and they are surprisingly quick. The groupon was a $39.00 special but I added some add ons well worth it

it did not go well, the man was not friendly and he seemed upset when i asked questions about my driveway, and it only took them 15 minutes to do it, when i asked why only 15 minutes it took, his answer was i have $90,000.00 worth of equipment on the truck. The service was pressure washing plus bonus, but the bonus i dont know what it was and he never said.

There was a mixup in scheduling, but once things were straightened out, Johnny was great. They were very responsive and did a great job.

Scheduling the large project (six hours of work) was easy. The workers showed up on time and did a great job. They were courteous and professional.

It looks very good. Two folks showed up and went right to work. They were finished quickly and product is now drying. It looks much brighter and fresher than before they started. Results exceeded my expectations and the price was quite fair. I will be using their services in the future.

Regarding the roof cleaning, I was told that my plants would not be harmed. The chemicals washed off my roof and ended harming my plants. Also, he filled up his tank that he used to clean off my roof from my own faucet which I found to be annoying, especially as he didn't even use all of it on my home. As for the fence painting, that was done alright. The outside of the fence was painted which was fine. However, the inside needed to be stained and I was promised that as many coats would be used as needed. Unfortunately, only 1 coat was used when more needed, and it wasn't as high of quality as what was initially promised. I just felt like I paid them to do a certain job, and the quality ended up not being as good.

Johnny and his Crew are amazing and did a great job. He was very detailed and new his product and cared about the overall time span of the product he uses and suggests. I am a contractor as well and loved everything he said that was right on point with how the job had to be done. He is my pressure washer,sealer and re-sanding company from here on out. You can not go wrong with him and his crew and love the way my old pavers look amazing now. forget the rest he is by far the best guy I have looked for in the industry...
