s pleased to see that My daughter visited us for the first time since we moved and found the piano needed tuning, She made arrangements for the tuner to visit and he arrived right on time. I was pleased to see that he used not only some electronic tuning systems but also his own trained ear. I will call him again for sure.

We called Degen's Piano Inc to tune our piano. He was on time, proactive and followed up on his services. He had referred another company for additional work needed done which was a big help.

It went perfectly. Showed up early. He had to spend additional time because of moving the piano.

They did a good job. They were timely, professional and responded very fast.

Got an e-mail after my e-mail inquiry. Agreed on time--can't recall if it was done by phone or e-mail. He showed up with an assistance on time. The tuning was done professionally. Thanks!

Tuned an old piano given to us. Piano needed more work, but Degen told us not to waste our money ay this point. Said tuning it would suit our needs. Respected the fact that he could've taken us for a lot more money, but was honest and didn't. Have already recommended him to a friend and would use him in the future.

Previously used Grandmasters Pianos, not good at all. Got Elian's name from Angie's List. He came right out, tuned the piano and gave me some very helpful hints about my piano. The piano sounds really, really good now. Thanks Elian.

Not much to tell , was on time and did a fantastic job.

I used him through a big deal on Angie's List. He did a good job; my piano was tuned. He was offering a discount, so I used him on the discount. I liked it, so I will use him again. He came in and tuned it. He commented on the piano, and what it might need in the future. I am having him back to tune it again. I already have an appointment scheduled.

Looking forward to having him back. I'm a believer now.

Arrived on time, very pleasant and went right to work. It is an older piano that probably needs more work but he still got a good tune on it and in a reasonable amount of time. Nice gentleman to talk to and the piano is still in good tune. Would definitely recommend him to others and will use him again.

From the phone call to the service, Degen did a first class job

Appointment was made and he called to confirm. Was timely and professional. Spent over 3 hours on the piano as it had been a long time since it was tuned. Has been doing this for many years around the world and has great experience.

Mr. Degen called to let me know he was running about a half hour early and asked if he could come by at 3:30 instead of the 4:00pm appointment that we had scheduled. He arrived soon after he called and began work immediately. He was a very nice, knowledgeable and professional person. He was pleased to see that we had a Petrof piano and and stated that we had a very good instrument. He stated that he's always preferred the sound of European made pianos. (I too have always preferred European made pianos - so we had a bond there!) He asked what kind of music is normally played on it to get a feel of how he should go about tuning it. He stated, since the piano hadn't been tuned in a few years, it would need a double tuning but recommended that we just single tune it for now and get a follow up in three to four months. (So the strings would have a chance to settle) It took about an hour for him to complete this go around, and the piano has never sounded better! Even the action of the keys is much better. It's great to have it back in tune, and I can't wait to see the improvement after the next follow up in 3 months! I would DEFINITELY recommend Degen Piano Tuning! I've used two previous tuners for this piano and Mr. Degen is by far the best! We're very satisfied and now have a new piano tuner that we will use annually!

Mr. Degen was very knowledgeable. He did a good job tuning the piano and also gave me good advice on how to better care for it.

It was a little difficult to get the appointment for tuning scheduled since Mr. Degen is located in another county and only comes down to our area when there are enough appointments and we are a very busy family. This was not a big problem, however. I was not present when he visited our home and performed the service, but did talk with him on the phone. His recommendations were very logical and reasonable and I have not been able to follow through by using the piano more. Therefore, it may never be completely in tune. I appreciated his candor and the fact that he didn't take advantage of the situation and charge a large amount for "fixing" something that didn't need to be fixed. He's very capable, well qualified and approaches his work with honesty, integrity and professionalism.

He charged me $125 for the job. His price was reasonable and he did a good job. I will use his services again in the future.

It went very well, I haven't tuned my piano in a long, long time and it sounds great!

Mr Degen arrived a little early to our appointment. He was pleasant and got right to work on my piano. I was impressed by his extensive resume and knowledge of piano tuning. He asked what kind of music was most oftened played on my piano and he explained that the tuning could be adjusted according to the music played for the best sound! Regardless the end result was FANTASTIC! My piano is 33 years old and well loved! He made it sound as crisp and clear as it did the day it was purchased. The difference is noticible and impressive!
