Description of Work: Told me he could fix my piano, showed up only to find he was not a repair man and just wanted to tune my piano. Waste of my time! He said he knew a repair man and went outside to call him. He then lit up a cigarette and then when he was done, threw it on my lawn. He did put me in contact with an excellent piano repair man that was very knowledgable. He could be a great piano tuner for all I know, but not in this household.

Degen's Piano always has provided an excellent srvice, and one of the reasons ia that we work as a team, each one in his own specialty, Myself, Elian Degen (owner) I am specialist in Tnings and Concert tuning and I do some minor repairs, but, as it happens with this customer, the action needed special attention, and thus I called Arthur who specializes in action work, not as this customer thought that I called somebody else, Arthur did the necessary works and called me to go and do the tuning, as he does not tune he is an action specialist, and suddenly I find out the commentary above. I just want to make clear, that we do everything for pianos, but be aware we are a team of people. very well qualified for each job. As our Business partners we have an excellent moving partner, a piano Finish partner, and also a group of Piano teachers we can recomennd. My comment ED. (Owner) Degen's Piano

Excellent overall service.
Description of Work: Fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took his time to get it right. I did regret to learn that it would cost $50 more than the original Angie's List advertised deal. He advised the piano was much more out of tune than usual and would require a lot more time and effort to get it up to par. He did spend a very long time on it to make it perfect, so ultimately I felt it was worth the extra money. I will most definitely be calling him again for my 6 month tuning! Thank you Elian.
